whenever i take a shower my hair starts falling out a lot! i lose a lot of hair everytime i take a shower!! and when i brush my hair some hair is on it! i dont want to be bald when i grow up even more! i've been worring about this for awhile and i thought that it was normal but i've been thinking that im losing a lot lately.. i dont think i have thyroid. i dont have the symptoms.. can some tell me what to do? should i get better conditionner or shampoo? i have suave conditioner and head and shoulder shampoo. i've been on a diet lately and having smaller portions of the nutrition then i used to. is that why? i cant get off the diet. can you tell me why im losing my hair? im getting worried. thanks ^_^Im 13 and im losing my hair???!!?
Nexxus, although really expensive, is the best hair nutrient-rich product. But the diet can also affect you. Consume plenty of Iron, otherwise an effect is hair loss! The best solution is to see a doctor, though.Im 13 and im losing my hair???!!?
just bc hair is on the comb doesnt mean your losing hair in a bad way.

its probably bc yur not combing it right.

and you should really talk to your mom with using a better product for shampoo and conditioner.

even if its just a little more expensive bc it could be bc you need better hair treatment
brush back and Look at root of your hair do you you see patches of thinning. see Dr

Else Try a softer shampoo shapoo with conditioner.

Welcome to being a teenager

Do not panic.

Alot changes.

Ask mom.
go to the doctor. im sure they can find a better reason for the hair loss than we can
It's normal for your hair to fall out when you brush it or are in the shower. It happens to everybody (unless you're bald). You'll lose more hair if you're not eating right, like you just mentioned you're on a ';diet';. And no offense, but if you made up your ';diet'; plan yourself, chances are it isn't a good one.

Anyways, sometimes you almost might notice you're losing more hair than usual, but once in a while your hair goes through like a ';shedding'; stage, where you'll lose more hair than normal.

So, no worries. As long as big chunks of hair aren't coming out all at once, then it's fine.
