PLEASE HELPHow to stop losing my hair?
try taking vitamins take biotin, or hair, skin nails vitamins.they work great to grow hair.and also do treatments...

herbs for hair growth:

Aloe

Arnica

Birch

Burdock

Catmint

Chamomile

Horsetail

Licorice

Marigold

Nettles

Parsley

Rosemary

Sage

Southernwood

Stinging nettle

Mix rosemary with cleansing shampoo and apply in your hair. It works as a good anti-dandruff treatment.

-Massage the oil of arnica, marigold, rosemary and southernwood into the scalp. It is very useful in hair loss.

-Make an aloe vera shampoo. When combined with wheat germ oil and coconut milk, aloe vera gel makes a shampoo to promote hair growth. Use the shampoo as often as you wash your hair.

-Use aloe vera gel to treat the areas of the scalp that are going bald. Aloe vera contains an enzyme that helps promote new hair growth for some people. The gel can be applied directly to the scalp, as aloe vera typically has no side effects. How to stop losing my hair?
Do you think it's androgenic alopecia? The only way I know to stop that is by stopping the testosterone production (especially removing the testicles) but that is a very drastic measure. Another fact is that it won't recover lost hair, it will only prevent further hair loss. I'm not trying to be funny, btw, it says so here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castration#

Of course, it may not be androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness) but another cause. Maybe you should see your GP.
consult with skin specialist and do not use chemical product without professionals advice.. this may harm you.
go to a doctor, i've had thin hair since i was about your age (21 now) and it hasn't changed since, sometimes after not focusing on my hair it starts to look better and thicker. i don't have bald spots just really scarce amounts of hair in some areas. when i shave my head or buzz it really low it looks like i have normal amounts of hair growing. it's just when it gets long.

don't play with it too much, go to a doctor and make sure you don't have male-pattern baldness (where you start losing it like your dad did, from the front making that V shape). and don't think about it or wear hats.
Using too much chemicals can cause hair lost, but if it runs in your family then it is hereditary and can't do anything about it. Consult a doctor.
