Then you could use prenatal vitamins or a vitamin w/ biotin in it, it will help ur hair grow healthier, longer, stronger.
But, you should also see your Doctor it ur hair still continues to fall out. You could have Alapica altera ( hair loss ) or and underlying condition.
Good luck,
And they also have great professional products on the market now, like Nioxin or Murad to help treat hairloss.
@ Ulta or SephoraI am losing my hair. when I wash or comb it comes out. Is there any vitamin I can take to prevent hair loss?
I've been having that same problem, beginning just recently. If your problem is recent, then it could very well just be the change of seasons and weather; maybe the sun is making your hair dryer, so it breaks more easily? Check out the hair strands that you pull out; unless the hairs have roots attached, then chances are, it's just excess breakage and you don't have to worry about bald spots and the like. You just need something to strengthen the strands, which you can find at any drugstore, or look on Amazon, which has reviews for all their products so that you can see which ones work best.
If the problem does persist and doesn't lessen by the end of the season, or if you are pulling out hair from the roots, then maybe you should consult a doctor for special prescription aids for hair loss, before the problem gets worse.I am losing my hair. when I wash or comb it comes out. I know some things that can help:
1. Massage your scalp with fingers or brush to invigorate it for growth.
2. Take Silica Acid from health store and take orally; it promotes teeth, nail and hair growth
3. And, or, take Vitamin E as this, too, is good for hair and nails.
4. People at the health stores know a lot of alternative, healthy medicines so go to them and ask.
yes, you can go to a natural pharmacy and find pills for hair. vitamin E is good for hair, and be sure to eat more vegetables if you aren't eating enough already. and you should start oiling your scalp in the morning and before you go to bed. try using olive oil, tea tree oil, carrot oil, or kiwi oil, or all 4.
Is it a lot of hair or just like small clumps? If it is handfuls, there is nothing you can do...if it is small clumps it's just falling out because it is Summer and that's what happens, it happens to everyone! Don't worry! Good Luck! :-p

Prenatals and biotin. My hair does the same thing but keeps getting thicker and thicker. Drink lots of water, atleast 6 cups a day. It takes time to see a difference but you will. Be sure to only brush your hair when wet with a detangler (white girl brush). Try styles that don't allow you to brush your hair during the week (i.e. wet sets). Keep in mind that on average, we loose 100 strands a day.
