I have bad dandruff, but I don't think I lost any hair. The best shampoo I ever tried was Paul Mitchell's Tee Tree Oil shampoo it's in a dark green bottle.I ve a serious dandruff problem for a long time now i ve started losing my hair , mine is serious prob so any ?
i use T-Gel by neutrogena. I have psoriasis and it helps.
It is more likely genetics connected to the hair loss than dandruff. Usually dandruff can be treated by special shampoos available without a prescription at your pharmacy. These shampoos contain different medicinal ingredients that contain salicylic acid, coal tar, or antifungal properties. Many dandruff shampoos are now more pleasant to use. Recent developments in zinc pyrithione shampoos have made them especially effective. Apply daily until the condition is controlled, and then one to three times a week as needed.
