Shave it all off with an electric shaver. I have the Remington R-450. It's the best electric shaver I've ever owned. You could use a razor, but you have to use a bunch of shaving gel with a razor. You have to be a lot more careful if you use a razor. An electric shaver won't cut you, and you don't have to replace the blades every two or three months. The blades for the Remington R-450 are coated with titanium. The blades should last for more than a year.
