Losing my hair at only 21, happening rapidly too...?

In about the last year and a half or so I've been losing my hair at a very rapid pace. I'm losing it in the back and in the front. I'm a 21 year old male. I'm wondering if its from this hat that I wear every day, but I wear it every day because I'm losing more and more hair and trying to cover it up. Its a lose lose situation. Could it be from the hat? I'm trying to wear it less, but its quite embarasing being around other 21 year olds and at school and everyone can easily see it. What can I do?Losing my hair at only 21, happening rapidly too...?
maybe a wig? but its nothing to be ashamed of.

but i heard there is a shampoo for this kind of situationLosing my hair at only 21, happening rapidly too...?
Unfortunately my friend was 18 years old when he lose his hair. But you have to be strong and all it's about your habituation because you can try shave all your hair and use skinhead why you don't try it! After some time you stay well you will see.The embarrassing goes one.
No way to heal, it's a genetic problem !
Rapid hair loss at such a young age is either hormonal or dietary. Stress can cause a change in hormones and speed up the loss. Wearing a hat constantly can sometimes cause a blad spot on the back, but not this young!

Go check with a doctor to make sure it isn't a health issue. If it isn't, have you considered shaving it off? There is nothing wrong with the bald look.
no, i'm only 15 and my hair comes out a lot! well, it seems like my hair is thining, but it's normal to lose about 100 strands of hair a day. but if you have like clumps of hair coming out then that's bad.
I'm only 17 and my hair started falling as well, so my doctor told me that it's most probably because of stress and bad diet because my family does not have a history in eraly hair loss...so he prescribed this vitamin for me ';21st CENTURY dietary supplement, advanced formula, Hair, Skin and Nails enhancement'; and trust me it works...my hair stopped fallig the first month and baby hair started appearing the month after that, not to mention the fact that my nails stopped breaking as well, and my skin got healthier, it's awesome...you can ask your doctoc about it and he might be able to help, because it might be a skin problem as well...

however, if your family, especially your mothers side of it, has early hair loss history, then I doubt that this would work with you since it might be genetic....but there's no harm in trying, eh?
No one here can really tell you what the cause is. I suggest you go see a doctor. There are lots of different reasons for hairloss. It's better to treat it now and prevent future hairloss. Don't stress about it too much tho. You're not the only one.
