i am 21, and the last 2 weeks i have lost alot of hair, mostly around temples, but also all over. Is it likely i have coimplete male pattern baldness in only 2 weeks?

You could go to your Doctor and ask for advice. I know there are treatments for early hair loss. In the meantime use a really good gentle shampoo for your hair. Two weeks sounds a little quick for it to be standard baldness.
around the temples is generally associated with Male pattern baldness, i'd go to a doctor to check though, does sound odd.
