Why is it that i am losing my hair?

I recently started riding my bicycle one hour a day five times a week in order to get some good exercise. Since then i've started losing my hair?Why am i losing my hair? (btw i'm 17)Why is it that i am losing my hair?
Your not getting enough vitamins. When you go on an exercise bike you need to eat before, and get as much protein as you can. Maybe it's not because of the bike? But what I know is that if you're not getting the nutrients your body needs it gets weak, and so do the particles holding in the hair on your scalp.Why is it that i am losing my hair?
do u wash ur hair everyday?





Is your hair really dry and brittle??





Do you straighten your hair or use hairdryer too much???





Do u use too much hair products on your hair??





Are you stressed??





Do u have bad dandruff???





Are you overweight???





Any of the reasons above, may be the cause of ur hair falling out!!!





My tip is to use coconut oil ( the indian version ) and it keeps nutrition side ur hair to make sure its strong and dont fall out!!
