I'm losing my hair. HELP!!!?

I'm 31 yrs old and had a baby 11 weeks ago. Over the past few weeks I have noticed my hair falling out and this morning I was sitting on the couch gliding my fingers through my hair and noticed about 10 hairs fall out. I kept doing this for 30 minutes and I contiued to get about 6-10 hairs each time. If this continues, in the next 3 months I won't have any hair left. The hair is falling off from the root and I had my hair cut about 2 weeks ago and they cut off three inches so I have healthy hair, well so I thought. Why is this happening?I'm losing my hair. HELP!!!?
Well first of all humans loose an average of 100 hairs a day. Most people that think they have healthy hair don't, so a lot of the time some is breaking off as well. Eat a healthy diet and eat a lot of protein, it is safe for you to eat fish now. Sometimes having a baby can lead to you having a vitamin deficiency, which can lead to hair loss. Lots or protein and take a regular multivitamin every day.I'm losing my hair. HELP!!!?
i..oh my. i would say go complain to the haircutters. maybe they used a product that reaccted badly to your type of scalp?
OK, first of all stop panicking! Just kidding, I know how frustrating hair loss can be. My friend just had a baby and the same exact thing happened to her. Obviously, it has to do with the hormones that are produced when pregnant.

Anyway, deep condition (with a cap stay under the dryer for at least 10 minutes) your hair once a week with Garnier's Melting mask. Also, purchase Alter Ego's Revitalizing Lotion. You are going to LOVE me for this advice. This lotion is the absolute best product out there right now. You'll see results within two weeks. I promise you. The key to the lotion is to use it after blow drying your hair (leave it in) and continue your styling as usual. Only use after washing your hair. Good Luck!
