Taking some foods and vitamins can help you prevent hair loss.

Protein rich foods to prevent hair loss

Protein-rich foods can aid in maintaining a healthy body. They are also known to strengthen hair and nails. Eating foods that contain healthy proteins such as lean meat, poultry and fish can prevent hair loss. Vegetarians could also have a protein-rich diet by considering eggs beans and nuts.

Although the food that you eat can not assure you of a permanent treatment for your hair loss problem, these foods could at least help slow down the process of hair loss.
