Im 20 and due to an iron deficiency i've lost 50% of my hair. However, my doctor told me I had thick hair and didn't even notice or think twice about it. With exams the last thing i need to worry about is my hairloss. My doctor told me to take a biotin vitamin. I would like to know if there is any other things i can do, vitamins or some pill, topical cream that helps with hair loss. Right now i just need to know how to stop it. Only serious answers please.Help i'm losing my hair at 20!?
go see a doctorHelp i'm losing my hair at 20!?
Eat healthy, get vitamin supplements and minerals, reduce the use of hairdryers or anything that heats the hair as Much as you can.
I come from the middle east we also use natural oils in our hair for 2-3 times a week for about 3-4 hours each time then wash it well. Oils I can recommend Olive, Almond and Castor. Mix them all and save them in a cool place then apply to the hair as I mentioned earlier.
Consult a doctor again. Always helps.
Hope I helped.
