HELP IM LOSING MY HAIR!!?

ok so everytime i run my fingers through my hair, or wash it or brush it i hav alot of hair come out!! and i donno what can cause it..i looked on google and it said stress but im not stressed, or anxious...is it lack of vitamins or something? help! im afriad my hair is thinning :/ an im totaly NOT OLD im like under 20 so its not age... any ideas to why im losing my hair.. thanks..HELP IM LOSING MY HAIR!!?
LOL I know how u feel I was recently freaking about my own and I too am under 20 and not really stressed... I asked around and all I got was that losing 100 hairs or so a day is normal, that it could be a thyroid condition, or an unhealthy diet... I plan on getting my thyroid checked since my family has a small string of thyroid issues but hopefully that helps a small bit... When you're still young hair falls out easily but it's also quickly replaced. Look at your shampoo and conditioner, also do you dye your hair a lot? There are a lot of things that influence hair loss besides stress, but mostly as long as your hair isn't falling out in clumps don't worry it's just keeping it's natural cycle and new fresh and healthy hair takes it's place.

The average human loses about 100-150 hairs a DAY. Your are probably shedding an average amount but think it's too much. I use to think that way too and freak out when I was younger, but really, it's not a big deal. Unless you have bald spots then you're technically NOT losing your hair. I suggest taking vitamins, because this CAN help. Or just eating healthier.
