If dandruff is causing you to LOSE hair, you should go see a dermatologist to sort you out...I doubt that what you have is dandruff, most probably an infection or allergic reaction.

dandruff usually occurs due to dryness, try using some medicated shampoo like nizoral and apply oil twice a week. and take a shower thrice a week till it reduces.
Shave, and join the club.
I could suggest the topical application Minoxidil, or the pill Finasteride to you, but these are meant for balding men. If you are losing your hair only because of dandruff, and are not otherwise balding, then you need only a medicated shampoo. Go to your chemist and just buy an anti-dandruff shampoo!

you should definitly see a dermologist... i was having the same problem and they give me ketoconazole shampoo and some clobetasol solution to apply to my scalp twcic a day and i have not had any dandruff since and i only been using it like 2 weeks. also you can take some biotin vitamins it healthy for skin and hair.
