I'am losing my hair (HELP !!!! )?

my sister dyed my hair black a few months *about( 4-5 )ago but something came up an emergency and it was left in my hair for 5 hours last week i got my hair high lighted and alot of my hair dropped out i barely have a pony tail now what should i do to repair this damage i don't want to have to cut my hair off it's now past my shoulders (serious answers plse)I'am losing my hair (HELP !!!! )?
I am sure you do not want to cut off your hair.





And it is not necessary to cut off your hair.





However, if you do not mind the re-growth of shorter and longer you have to wear it.


It will come to a point you will have to cut it-If and when you get new re-growth.





Normal regrowth is about 1/2 inch per month.


So, example it will take grow on the average about 6 inches per year.





Even with conditioners and other helpful hair restoration,


you are going to have to wait it out.





My suggestion is to get it trimmed every month about an 1/2 - to 1 inch.


And wait on your re-growth to catch-up and most of all-
