Im losing my hair?!/ Thinning out?

Hello!


Ever since I've come home from camp and started school I've steadily been losing my hair and it's starting to thin out and become brittle and dirty much quicker then befopre. Before, I had rich, glossy, and A TON of hair and i did'nt wash it everyday. Now I have to wash it every 4/5 days. It's lost it's gloss and volume and I don't know what to do. I use Head and Shoulders and it helps with the shine but I don't feel as if it's healthy for my hair.





Is it better to put your hair up in a light ponytail at night, or keep it down?

Hmm I'm not sure what happened but our hair is often a reflection of our diet/lifestyle so something must be different. Stress can cause hair to thin actually and a poor diet will also cause it to lose it's shine. To get your hair healthy and shiny again you need to use a deep conditioner. Mane n' Tail is a great shampoo to use also. Sleeping on a silk pillowcase also helps prevent breakage I've heard. So just make sure you're eating right and getting enough sleep and use a hair mask and you should be fine.

All kinds of things can cause you to start loosing your hair. Hormones beeing one of them. I would go to a doctor before this gets out of hand. I know because it happened to me, but mine was realted to stress.
