Hi,
Since about April (4 months) now i've been losing my hair. Nothing like finding it on my pillow when I wake up but when I wash and dry my hair. I didnt mention it to my hair dresser but he noticed it when I went for an apointment. I have also had a blood test and my thyroid checked out. I dont know what to do. I do notice my hair thinner than what it was. I have curly hair and I am 190 lbs (I know, overweight) 18 year old female. HELP!Losing my Hair. Please Help. (18, female)
Could be a change in hormones, diet, or a combination of both. Birth control pills cause hair loss, so if you are on those, then I suggest stopping them and seeing if there is an improvement. Also, are you on a diet? Sometimes restricting your diet too quickly can put lots of stress on the body and can lead to hair loss.
A good solution to hair loss is to massage Emu Oil into your scalp. It helps your hair to grow.
Also, eating a diet rich in the nutrient Biotin and Iron help your hair to remain strong and healthy. Good sources of biotin include liver, cauliflower, salmon, bananas, carrots, egg yolks, sardines, legumes and mushrooms. Good sources of iron include beef (especially beef liver), chicken (especially chicken liver), cod, flounder, turkey, pork, and shrimp.
I also recommend switching to all-natural hair products because you may also be sensitive to a certain chemical used in common hair products. I like Burt's Bees, Giovanni, and Avalon Organics. You can find Burt's Bees at most pharmacies such as CVS. For the others, check out your local health food store or Whole Foods Market.
Good luck with your hair! I hope this helps!Losing my Hair. Please Help. (18, female)
The first thing you need to do is manage your stress, that can make your hair fall out. Try walking or just taking 30 minutes for yourself to be in peace. That help me with stress. For thinning hair you should use Noixin vitamins and the treatment system. You can find this at any Smart Style or JC Penney.
Well, first of all I would suggest choosing a healthier lifestyle. Making sure you get your proper amount of vitamins nutrients, and protein, is imperative. Also, stress could be a factor, I know that I had a problem with hair loss, and it was linked with stress. Smile More!Breathe deep in and out! Be Positive!( say encouraging words to yourself, like I can do it, I am beautiful). Live a happy full life!
Are you under stress? Are you eating anything healthy? Are you taking vitamins? Look into all of these.
