It could be alopecia.
Alopecia areata can occur in people who are healthy and have no skin disorders, and the most common type can leave bald patches, but it sounds like you may have diffuse alopecia areata. I suggest going to your doctor, as they can confirm this.
The good thing is that losing all your hair (alopecia areata totalis) is extremely rare, so you won't be completely bald.

It could be normal hair loss and may seem a lot if you have long or thick hair. You should only worry if you develop bald spots. In which case can be caused by a thyroid problem or a skin condition like scabies.( just to name 2 things) Stress can cause it too especially if you are pulling at it all of the time.
Alopecia get to the doctors immediatly if it is that then u need something to stop it google it in and have a look
