Why am I losing my hair at 19?

I am a 19 year old female and for the past 6 months my hair has been gradually falling out. It's now the worst it's ever been; thinning hair all over the scalp and it seems to fall out and not grow back.

I have been having bizarre symptoms for the past year and a half. Doctors have tested for all thyroid problems and hormone problems and nothings come up. However, tests aside, they think it could be PCOS.

I've also been in a job for the past year that I haven't enjoyed. I never feel too stressed, but unhappy, frustrated and bored out of my mind. My last day at this job is February 29th. Afterwards I'm taking a break.

Could the rapid hair loss be due to stress and unhappiness at work? I believe I may have psychosomatic illness as well.

I just want my hair back :[

Is there anything more I can do besides wait and see if it grows again? Why am I losing my hair at 19?
Are you a vegetarian or do you eat very little red meat? I had the same problem. Now I take iron supplements and it really helped alot. It took about a month for my hair to stop falling out and grow back againWhy am I losing my hair at 19?
Sounds like it's stress, so if that's the case then I would suggest techniques to lower your stress like yoga, meditation, a long bath and reading a good book that takes you away. while you're at work and are really stressed take a time out and goto the bathroom for five mins. and meditate (once you learn how) then you can get back into the swing of things refreshed. All this will help you lower your stress levels and stop the hair from falling out prematurely. Good luck!
I Don't quite have a solution but, you might have

Cancer. If it all falls out, get a wig.
u have cancer! thats the only reasonable explanation so if I was u I would get me a hott new wig!!!
