Why am I losing my hair, how can I stop it?

I am a 25 year old female, and I have recently started noticing that I have been losing more hair in the shower, blowing drying, brushing etc. than I used to. I also have noticed that I have a small bald spot on the top of my head in my part area, it is about the size of a nickel. I have recently started a new job and moved to a new area and moved in with my fiance, I also am driving an hour and 15 minutes once a week to work on my masters degree and am planning my July wedding so I am very busy and at times stressed, I eat well and am generally healthy so I cant figure out why I am losing my hair, any ideas or solutions? I am on no new meds either. Why am I losing my hair, how can I stop it?
sounds like you are losing your hair due to stress. I had a friend at school who had alopecia. you need to try to chill out and I would go see the doctor for some advice. Why am I losing my hair, how can I stop it?
Okay, possibly three things. 1: Your extremely stressed out. I mean read what you just typed. That kind of crazy. Just one day call in sick and just relax!!!

2: It's your hair products try switching! It may help.

3. Other. I doubt its other i really think it's #1.

Good luck!!
well maybe you should cut your hair so it grows back the way you want it to an go to see a doctor to make sure its nothing serious like cancer.
