I am losing my hair.. help?

i only wear my hair in a pony tail .. i have scalp psoriasis. its mild but covers my entire scalp. will it grow back?? i just started on a steroid treatment and medicated shampoo and its clearing but i just want to know if anyone has had this problem. please send some insight.I am losing my hair.. help?
I don't have this problem, nor do I know some one who does. But I just wanted to say I'm sorry and I hope it gets better. =)

The main cause of psoriasis is overreaction of the immune system. I try to eat healthy food and avoid stress as much as I can in order to prevent flare-ups.
