I'm losing my hair?

I'm a 24 year old female with no known health problems. Last night I noticed there is a very large bald spot on the back of my head, not noticeable unless I lift some of my hair up. What are the possible causes of hair loss like this??

Do I need to be worried? Should I see a doctor? If so, just a general practitioner?I'm losing my hair?
Go and see a doctor. There are many reasons for hair loss. See your GP and he will refer you to the right person. It can be stress or diet that is causing this problem.I'm losing my hair?
hey, if there is a big bald spot on your head, maybe you should be worried. but worrying triggers it to come out more and more. earlier this year i was experiencing hair loss and went to the dermatologist...blahblahblah, and then she said i was fine and stuff and she diagnosed me with telogen effeluvian- sorry if thats the wrong spelling. now i onyl lose about 30 hairs a day.

do you have sores on your head? do you have a dry scalp? eat healthy, keep the hair clean, and you will probably be fine.

go to the dermatologist and let them check it out. also have you been on any kinds of medicine? given birth?

good luck with your hair! i know how you feel!
Generally hair lose is caused because of lack of proper protein in the diet. If it is a bald patch then better consult the dermatologist.

As a home remedy u can rib Hibiscus's flowers daily on the scalp where the lose of hair is showing.
