Are you stressed out? But if you think you're starting to lose your hair you may want to start doing something about it right now. I had the same problem and started using Rogaine for women and I haven't noticed any hair falling out. The only downside to using it is that you need to use it on a regular basis.

Sometimes you can find free samples to get you started. I don't know if there are anymore left here but you can always try http://www.freesamplesfromheaven.com/rog

I hope that helps :)I'm losing my hair like craazy?
Ok. I am a vegetarian female 20 years old and I had this exact same problem. I went to the doctor to have blood work done and it turned out that I'm super anemic and that I have an iron deficiency. I take a liquid iron supplement availible at health food stores like Whole Foods or the aussie equivalent. It's called Floradix, and I take 10 ml 3x a day, after each meal. It took me three months of doing this before my hair stopped falling out. It can be frustrating in the beginning, but it works. I grew tired of losing so much hair every time I took a shower! But take Floradix because you need to take a strong liquid iron supplement, because your body will not asorb much iron from tablets or pills.
I empathize. I'm a vegetarian too and, although my hair is healthy, whenever my hair gets longer than shoulder-length a lot of it seems to fall out. I've found that the best way to reduce my ';shedding'; is getting regular haircuts to keep my hair from getting past shoulder length. It may work for you but everyone is unique and your situation might be different.
Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall.

1.Rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea this helps hair grow..

2. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair.

3. Massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and next morning, wash off the hair gently..

4. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea.Massage well and shampoo.

5. Beat two eggs, and add two tablespoons of water to it. Rinse hair and pour the egg mixture over the hair.Massage the scalp well and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it.
I don't think you have anything to worry about. Hair sheds naturally. I think you lose about 100 hairs or more a day so it's normal. If you don't notice your hair thinning out in patches then you should be okay. I lose A LOT of hair a day and I'm far from going bald.
How long have you been a vegetarian? If you're not taking supplemental vitamins you might be losing some hair from protein and vitamin deficiency. Good luck!
it's hard to say this but i think u might have cancer
