Stress Less. Its probably because you havent had a hair cut in a while? try going to see a hair specialist for more information.
Rogaine does work well for some people, but you have to keep using it every day and if you stop using it, you lose all the hair that you gained, or retained, by using it. There's a pill you can get which has similar effects. And hair transplants are very good now too. I feel for you. I started losing my hair when I was young (18-19). It's hellish and it's really annoying when people with plenty of hair (especially women) tell you not to worry about it and that it's not a big deal. How would they feel if their hair was falling out? But they're actually right - in the sense that losing your hair doesn't mean suddenly becoming a loser. It was a real relief when I started shaving (what's left of) my hair really short a few years ago. There's no point pretending it's good to be bald. It wold be better to have hair, but it's not as bad as you probably think. After coming to terms with my baldness and shaving it really short, I realised pretty quickly that women still found me attractive and that life was still pretty good. My advice is: don't look like you're desperately hanging on to your hair. Act like it doesn't bother you. Keep it cut nice and short, stay in good shape and act confident. You will be fine mate!
ACCEPT THE THINGS YOU CANNOT CHANGE AND WEAR A BEANIE HAT BALDNESS IS COOL WITH ME AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT TRY TO HIDE IT WITH A COMB OVER
