Im losing my hair at 27?

im a 27 year old guy, and since the age of 16, ive been slowly losing my hair on each temple, but over the last couple of months, its gotten worse, i think i have my work to blame for this, as it has been very stressfull, and i was working very long hours, so i was stretched to the limit.

Can anyone give me useful information on hairloss, i know there are worse cases than me, but it still gets to me, i blame a stressful life as my father or older brother haven't any hairloss.Im losing my hair at 27?
A good hydration is what need and it has to be 100% natural

So we need to look external and internal nutrition. Lots of fruits, vegetables and protein plus vitamins like B6, B12, A %26amp; E

Try a lotion called Ziravie, plus check their website which gives a combination of fruits and vegetables that helps to strengthen the hair roots internally.

The lotion that I use helps to accelerate hair growth but it is a a process first it calms the scalp, itching reduces, then with discipline use hair fall stops, within 3 weeks of use the hair roots strengthens and you start to see volume and silkiness

The website is www.ziravie.com but I bought it in Spain and now it is available on ebay.co.ukIm losing my hair at 27?
Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall.

1.Rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea this helps hair grow..

2. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair.

3. Massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and next morning, wash off the hair gently..

4. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea.Massage well and shampoo.

5. Beat two eggs, and add two tablespoons of water to it. Rinse hair and pour the egg mixture over the hair.Massage the scalp well and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it.
Hair loss is genetic. That being said, have you tried rogaine? How is your diet? Are you getting the proper nutrition? A supplement I like is horsetail; you can find it at health food stores. It is great for keeping hair thick and healthy. Dr. Oz even spoke about it on his show!
Hair loss is genetic! It has nothing to do with stress. There isn't much you can do though.

Be thankful though, one of my friends was completely bald by the age of 16 and had to shave it all off!
I think you can buy speical shampoo my dad uses it lol
