........be sending me a valentine
Birthday greetings, bottle of wine?
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four?When I get older losing my hair, many years from now, will you still......?
At least the White Album had music..the lyrics were sort of silly, but it is still a good song. Now that McCartney is right up there (what the hell happened to all that time???), I suspect this song has more relevance to him....and obviously, his ';ex-wife'; decided she didn't.When I get older losing my hair, many years from now, will you still......?
God bless Paul McCartney, he wrote that song at a very young and tender age, 20 or thereabouts.
Can't wait to get there!
still wild and woolly full of fleas aren't you ?
If this happens, great, but today most marriages end up in the trash pile and then you had better be able to afford to feed yourself, buy your own birthday cards, and bottles of wine. He is out with a younger woman who needs that stuff more than YOU do. You are lucky you can even still think of age 64
When this first came out, I fell in love with it. Now that we are 64, we can see the misconceptions. We both have our hair : )
lol I'm 64. The Beatles.
I always liked that song.
You're going to be 64 - AGAIN?
64?.....I have socks older than that.
I did and will.
