when you are pregnant, your hormones tend to up the hair growth, making it feel fuller and thicker. after the baby is born, those hormones drop and you start loosing that ';baby magic'; hair fast. If you haven't noticed extremely thinning hair, just lots in the brush and hand, it's your extra hair. However, if you are seeing definate changes in your hair part and thinning beyond what your hair was like pre-pregnancy, then it may be something more and you would need to see a doctor for help.
Hair loss is a sign of thyroid trouble which is easily treated with meds.

Go see your doctor to get yourself checked.
