the problems ive had with losing my hair would be from straightening it to much , so the heat damage factor which is really good with a thermal care shampoo and conditioner , also if you are underweight you will lose hair , so if either of those are your problem them try resolve them. Also the best thin you can give your hair is vitimen E oil, drizzle a half cup of that on there and it will help protect it from daily wear and tearIm losing my hair helpppppp!!!1
Try Nioxin shampoo/conditioner.
I heard it works for some people, and leave them with shiny and healthy hair.

i dont think there is something you can use around the house.....but sometimes using moisturizing shampoo can help...
just use the presciptition stuff.
there is really no other way than prescription stuff
