=)Help, I'm Losing My Hair?
You have to treat this problem now while your hair loss has just begun. If you leave this too long then you will have a very minimal chance of growing your hair back. Firstly, i should say that 30 years old is way too young for natural hair loss. Make sure you see a General Practitioner for this problem. Also make sure you eat a wide variety of meats and vegetables, take multivitamins such as zinc and get a treatment such as Rogaine, which is clinically proven to prevent hair loss and help new hair to grow. Rogaine is found in chemists and pharmacies everywhere because it is a proven medical solution that is guaranteed to work if you start now! You should also be washing your hair with Nioxin shampoo and conditioner and also using the treatment! It encourages new hair to grow and stops hair loss! Don't be fooled that it is just for women! This is a genuine product and WILL help! Please google Nioxin or Rogaine on the internet because if you don't act now, you'll NEVER get your hair back! Stress also causes hairloss so make sure that you're not in a very stressful situation. Visit a GP to find out the real cause of your hair loss and discuss possible solutions! Hope i help!
there's couple of reasons for hair loss. it could be due to stress, your diet or even your shampoo. make sure you're not consuming too much sodium or msg (in fact you should avoid any artificial flavorings as well)
check your shampoo, switch to shampoo with mild cleanser effect. i used to have so many types of shampoo that works for only a month before they causes me to lose hair. make sure to wash your hair thoroughly to get the chemicals out of your hair.
avoid stress, keep yourself happy or your hormones will suffer. I hope that helps you. Just my 2 cents' worth from past experiences.
and oh, avoid late nights :)
if all else fails, see a doctor and get prescription. It's likely to do with your hormones instability.
do not put any product or heat on it.
this problem does usually occur on indian men in particular so it's normal.
you will just have to deal with it.
hope this has helped.

hair transplant...or glue a toupee to your head.
You should shave it off. It looks alot better. and makes hair strong :D
