for many a lack of food makes their hair fall out but if you are eating healthy obviously thats not it. stress and lack of sleep can make it fall out too. fish oil omega 3 pills are often recommended for hair loss, but if you take too much it will cause pimples so read the directions if you do get them

Maybe put baby oil at night and wash it out in the morning. It wont make your hair greasy because its not strong. I heard it makes your hair stronger after a while after you have lost all of your hair with that is dead.
Everyone looses over 100 hair strands a day...It's natural..So unless your loosing an abnormal amount(Like chunks of hair.), Your fine, and you can't stop it.
