If you haven't already you need to see a doctor. Hair loss generally isn't serious at all, but you wouldn't want your hair just randomly falling out and not doing anything about it.

Do you know why your losing your hair? You should get a check up this way you will know what is going on.
You should tell your mother that you would rather not where a hat and she should try to understand. Why is she pressuring you too where a hat? Is she embarassed?
