I`m losing my hair---:(( Please help me know why (female)?

It started when I moved from the US to asia--my hair started falling out.



I have had premature grey hairs since my early twenties. I have started to pluck alot of these out.



Could this be why my hair is now falling out by the buckets ? Does plucking grey hair make the other hairs fall out too ?

i'm not sure that pluching would make the other hairs also fall our. But it may be because of the huge change of moving from the US to asia.. that's a huge change and it's sometimes stressful which would be a cause for hair loss..
