You can't keep it! But their are options to consider. First go to a message board with other members that have the same problem such as a hair restoration site. Most members are more than willing to guide you by giving you info on reputable hiar loss technicians who deal with hair loss. Many men start losing their hair at a young age so it is a gradual process and most hair technicians will put you on Rogaine or something similar to see if that corrects the hair loss. It will work for some and some it does not. But after you have tried hair loss products then hair grafts are the next step. Hair grafting has come a LONG way since the 80s %26amp; 90's. The price depends on the amount of hair that needs to be replaced, most reputable technicians SHOULD have a website and most will have a way for you to determine the amount of hair you need grafted and a ballpark figure of how much it will cost.
Of course their is the toupe option...I believe the hair business refers to it as a unit. Again, units have also come a long way too....It might be a cheaper option in the beginning, but realize that the unit will have to be replaced maybe once a year, the price depends on how big the unit is. They even have online units that you can order yourself and most give info and show video of how to put it on yourself.
Hair grafting is the most natural looking and it grows like your own hair too! Never falls out. But check out these options and decide what is best for your hair loss. Losing my hair, any tips on keeping it?! arggghh?
i would see a dermatologist and if you cant then i would order products like scalp med to grow your hair back in.
Good Luck!
SHAVE YOUR HEAD, looks better trust me.
