Am I losing my hair line?

I recently got my hair cut quite short for the first time in a while. I then noticed that my hair line is not straight across my head but low in the center and further back on each side. I am only 17 and it worries me. Every male member on both sides of my family is bald (I know, it sucks) but I didn't think it would happen at 17!!!!!! any input?thanks!





Also, should I keep covering it with bangs or possibly cut it REAL short and let it be?Am I losing my hair line?
I've heard of people going through the first stages of baldness at your age, so yeah it is possible that you're getting a receeding hairline. You can cover it with bangs, but you could also shave it all off and go bald.
