If it's thinning gradually all over, it's probably stress or a poor diet. In this case, try to eat a diet rich in protien, calcium and vitimins, and drink plenty of water. Exersize regularly and use only gentle hair products. Take steps to reduce stress, like relaxation or yoga, whatever works for you.
If it's coming out in clumps or patches, it would be best to see a doctor, since that can be a sign of disease or infection.
If you're on any medications, check with your doctor to see if it's a possible side effect. Why am i losing my hair?
Welcome to the club baldy, u r losing it cos your dna is telling the hair on the top of your head that it is sensitive to testosterone and it falls out, strangely enough the side hair is not programmed as such normally thats why it's just at the top, here's what i did...
Panic approx 1 year
Denial 1 year
Strategic combing 5 years
Surfing dodgy web sites for replacements 2 years
Lotsa hats 2 years
Now i just don't care
Welcome to the slap heads.
Well, I think it's most probably due to stress. Stress causes people to lose hair, even at a young age!
Free treatment? Well, try to destress yourself! Some people (like me), would meditate to destress. Well, hope I helped!
If it is your DNA, take it like a man.
Ask and check your family background.
Is your hair and scalp healthy?
Are you using a LOT of cheap(expensive ones are the same, though), strong hair gel right down to the scalp every day? Then kiss your hair goodbye.
Are you abusing your hair and scalp with bleach and other chemicals?
Is the water in your region too hard?
Are you using the wrong shampoo?
Are you shampooing too often/ not often enough?
Do you feed your hair with oils from time to time?
Are you eating right?
Are you stressed?
Do you get enough sleep/sunshine/air/water?
Check those points and see what happens.
DIVORCE
Genes, stress or poor diet.
Unless you chemically treat your hair, this can also damage it.
Go to a dermatologist and see what they recommend.
Good Luck.
