I have yet to see natural hair transplants yet... I like bald guys... they are sexy... My husband is balding so he just shaves his head with an electric shaver with the lowest attachment... It looks nice... My son who has a awesome full head of hair does the same... He does it because it is ';easy maintenance';... Bald is beautiful... What is not is when guys grow their hair longer when they are balding which looks sparse and strange... it is really distracting or god forbid the dreaded comb over... Stay natural... :)Hello freinds,i am getting baldness i lost my hairs 75%and now i am planing for hair transplant is that better
TRY IT.I THINK THAT'LL LOOK BETTER...Hello freinds,i am getting baldness i lost my hairs 75%and now i am planing for hair transplant is that better
Try to give your head as much as heat as you can give. Natural products give you more power than the atrificial ones. Good Luck!
i think using natural items for growing your hair will take a lot of time .
Transplanting is Better.

Only a qualified person can discus with you the possibility in your personal circumstance
There are a few web sites to look at, just type in 'lupus hair grafts' to view. My daughter had a small graft due to alopecia some 10 years ago and that worked ok.

I'm starting to lose my hair on top its gettign thin, what is a good hairstyle for a guy to do?
Just don't do the God awful comb-over!
My suggestions would be to keep it short. Long and thin looks scraggly.
You could also just shave it all off and no one would know you were going bald. On some men that looks very sexy.
Good luck.I'm starting to lose my hair on top its gettign thin, what is a good hairstyle for a guy to do?
I would suggest keeping your hair shorter. Maybe go for a fauxhawk hair style or basic Cesar hair cut depending on your personal interests. Of course you can always wear a hat. In that case I would suggest a beanie, with a bill, if you are younger. As for older just wear a regular hat.I'm starting to lose my hair on top its gettign thin, what is a good hairstyle for a guy to do?
Go all the way bald. Embrace the inevitable
whatever you do, DON'T try to comb your hair over it! i think bald heads are attractive. have you considered just shaving it all?
Shave it baby!!!!! All the guys I work with are going bald......they all shave their heads....and they all look SEXY!

MY HAIRLINE RECEDED AT 22, NOW I AM 35 AND IT'S ABOUT THE SAME. WILL I LOSE MY HAIR?
All males start losing their hair in the teens. It starts to show in the 20s and it may continue, or sometimes it has reached the extent of the loss. It may start to get thinner later in life, perhaps at 50 or so. You may get thinner on top, but you won't lose ALL your hair -- you will still have that horseshoe around the edges.

You're probably just experiencing normal hair loss, unless you are suffering from some kind of vitamin deficiency. But, let's be clear about one thing...no one is too young or too old to lose hair.
And, one more thing to remember is that one big advantage of being an under-thirty male in the 21st century is that choosing to shave one鈥檚 head is now quite acceptable, and even considered, in some circles, as the cutting edge of hair styling.
You could also be the 1 in 200,000 people suffering from a condition known as Hypertricosis simplex that, according to researchers in London, affects 1 in 200,000 people causing them to begin losing hair in childhood. The hair loss is thought to be triggered by a gene mutation that causes a defect in hair follicle growth receptors.

Yes, extreme emotional or physical stress can cause temporary hair loss also...

worrying results in stress which causes...uh oh!... hair loss. Can I lose my hair if I'm using too much shampoo or shampoo w/ conditioner?
Relax. It's normal.
No, its not shampoo or conditioner. Everybody has hair loss every single day.. Its natural :)
ur probably right that its from stress of just ur genes...to much shampoo would only dry out ur hair it wont damage it.. perhaps trying a gentler shampoo and conditioner will help http://www.yestheyrefake.net/haircare.ht

I'm a 35 year old male taking chemo and starting to lose my hair what do I do?
Perhaps invest in a wig or some other form of artificial hair. I feel terrible for you, and I hope everything works out and you pull through. God bless, dear.I'm a 35 year old male taking chemo and starting to lose my hair what do I do?
Shaving your head is a good idea. Don't worry, your hair will grow back after you complete your treatments. Good luck with everything, I hope you have a quick and easy recovery!I'm a 35 year old male taking chemo and starting to lose my hair what do I do?
Bald is in now. Bald always looks better than patches, or thinning hair.
Go ahead and go bald, don't foget to tan your head. People, who care about you, will understand and if they don't they aren't your true friends anyway.
Shave it all off that way it is not as noticeable and people will just think that you are making the bald is beautiful statement.
Uncle, I was taking chemo, so as soon as my hair started to fall I had it all cut off, and I like the shaved look so much
that I still wear it that way, all my friends like it too.
Im sorry for you having to go into chemo. My mom started chemo when i was 14, she died in 05 and I was still only 14. I can only tell you what she did, she let it go. She cut it short and then let it fall out, but the first guy, he has a good answer.
God bless you sir.
Shave your hair really short. Like a 1. Then as you really loose hair go bald. The style is in...no one will think anything. (your a guy, not Britney) If you are shy at first, you could wear a hat to adjust...but really I'm sure it will not look bad. :)
Best of luck and I hope the treatment is successful for you. *hug*
get an army cut. short/bald is in for guys! ill be praying for you

Firstly, I commend you on fighting. Chemo is hard, and it takes a person with a lot of strength and willpower to go through it.
Now, as far as going bald, take comfort in knowing you're not the only bald chemo patient out there. ... And just think, it's much more acceptable in society to be a bald man, rather than a bald woman! You've already got something going for you, there. Shave your head. It's a lot less messy as the hair is falling out.
If caps or bandanas make you feel more secure, though, start a collection. My grandmother loved her bandanas when she went through chemo (my mom put rhinestones on them to make them girly, though; that might not be your cup of tea.)
I'm also sure that there are some websites that make clothing for cancer patients and friends/family that say ';chemo sucks,'; or ';f*ck chemo.'; It's an understatement, but I think they make hats, if you like to keep a sense of humor about things.
Lots of love and luck to you. I hope you beat the hell out of the cancer.

I'm beginning to lose my hair due to an oral chemo treatment. Should I shave my head or just wait it out?
If you shave it yourself, you symbollically take the power away from the chemo/cancer and restore it to yourself. Also, it might look better to have it gone at once, rather than falling out in uneven clumps.
Best of luck to you! Hang in there! :)I'm beginning to lose my hair due to an oral chemo treatment. Should I shave my head or just wait it out?
if its long, cut it shorter. I would keep it as long as i could until it statrs looking bad, then shave it. Maybe you should go to a wig shop and find a wig that suits you. good luck and i hope everything works out for you.I'm beginning to lose my hair due to an oral chemo treatment. Should I shave my head or just wait it out?
Well if it's really long you should cut it now and probably make it into a wig for your self but if it is short just let it come out. But you don't want to have your own hair then you should donate it. If you go to a salon just ask if they donate hair and just cut it.
I'm so sorry hun. I've kinda been there with my friend.
If you feel comfortable with shaving then by all means do it! Find you a real pretty wig and do it big baby!
u must wait to grow them up properly and then think what to do with them. if these are still less then visit to ur doctor quickly
i suggest you wait it out. After your treatment is complete it will take about 90 days for your hair cycle to commence once more. New hair will reappear because the treatment does not hurt your follicle or your hair returning to its normal stage. You are loosing it because each single hair strand is attached to small blood vessels beneath your skin and anything you take into your body will eventually be released through your body's natural way of releasing toxins. In this case, the toxins come out through your pores in sweat and sebum. On our heads we have the most pores thus causing you to loose you hair. But don't worry you will get it all back. I did after 2 years of chemotherapy.
wait it out. you are still a girl and should enjoy looking like one for as long a you can
I had really long hair when I had to undergo iv chemo almost 4 years ago. Losing my hair by the handful was too heartbreaking so I had a party with all my friends and used clippers to shave it all off. I had a wig but hated it so I invested in alot of pretty hats and scarves. You really have to discuss it with your doctor and nurses first though as some treatments will only make your hair very thin, not all fall out. Think of the benefits too. My underarm hair never grew back. Haven't shave them for 3 1/2 years!!Yeah!!!
Welp....my mom went through chemo and went through what you are now experiencing. It really got to her when she would see her hair laying there on her pillow......so, i vowed, that if i ever had to go through it, i would first go pick out a nice wig, and then immediately shave my head. So, i vote for shaving your head, less traumatic in the long run i think.
i suggest shaving, sadly- i really do feel for you- i am sorry about what you have to go through. there are certain places/ organizations you can visit that will give to real wigs to put on your head that have a suction cup underneath the hair part so they'll stick to your head. research it, and shave it only if you plan to do that with the wig. good luck and get better!

Try the words ';hair transplant.';
';Tranparation'; probably won't get you anywhere with a search engine.
And what do you want fake hair for anyway? Bald is beautiful.

Not yet. Your hair is still fragile from the treatments. Just enjoy having hair again. Wait for at least a year before doing that. You don't want the hair to fall out again.

Will anesthesia make me lose my hair?
And if so, will it definitely all grow back? I'm getting my wisdom teeth out and trying to decide if I want to be ';put out.';Will anesthesia make me lose my hair?
No anesthesia makes you lose your hair.
A general anesthesia will render you unconscious or at least very out of it so you won't be able to drive yourself home. A local anesthesia only numbs the area locally.
Neither will cause hair loss. Will anesthesia make me lose my hair?
It will have no effect on hair loss whatsoever.
You definitely WONT lose any hair.
I think you may be mixing up Anesthesia and Chemotherapy here ;)
If you're squeamish at the dentist, I'd recommend full anesthesia.... or if you're not comfortable with being put under completely, ask them to use Nitrous Oxide on you.
I'm a scared patient when it comes to teeth, so I ask for the Gas every time. You'll still know what's going on, but all the unpleasant sensations will move to the edge of your consciousness... kinda like all the pain being just at your fingertips instead of your whole body.
Good luck!
Believe me, you definitely want to be put out cold.
Local anesthesia is an option, but do you want to be able
to hear the doctor grinding, yanking, digging, and gouging your wisdom teeth out? Sure your hair might fall out, I don't even know where the hell you came up with that, but you will definitely regret not going under. Plus it feels really cool to get knocked out like that. I always try to fight the sleep for as long as possible, but within seconds I am out. It is totally worth a little baldness.
I was completely knocked out when mine were pulled and I still have all of my hair!
That's proposterous. You may be thinking of chemotherapy which is a cancer treatment- that often results in hair loss.
But general anesthesia simply does not do that. People get ';put out'; all the time even for simple cosmetic procedures. They would not do that in such cases if it meant possibly losing hair.
Getting wisdom teeth out can be quite painful especially if your wisdom teeth are ';impacted'; (stuck behind other teeth). Get put to sleep just like I did- you wake up feeling well rested, remember nothing of the procedure and you still have all your hair!scar cream
Good luck!

I dont know if im gonna lose my hair?
ok, so my dad lost his hair in his early 20's, and im 16 and last month when i got a buzz cut my friend told me i have a receding hair line...and knowing how genetics hates ppl im scared to lose my hair like my dad did...is there a chanced of me losing it? and what does a receding hair line look like?I dont know if im gonna lose my hair?
Actually, balding in males is passed through the mother, so your father going bald wouldn't be an indication of you going bald in the future. Now if your mother's father is/was bald, then there is a high chance of you going bald...

Im bleaching and I don't wanna lose my hair!!?
I bleached my hair last night and I wanan do it again but idk if I should. Is it okay?? It feels soft and I dont see any split endsIm bleaching and I don't wanna lose my hair!!?
I wouldn't recommend bleaching it again so soon. Bleaching too often actually can make your hair fall out, so be careful. You also don't want it to go wrong. Your hair could become discolored.

What age will i lose my hair mum=all hair dad=patch and all my grandparents have all there hair im 15?
You seem kind of young to be worrying about that. I think your hair pattern resembles your Mom's Dad? I'm not sure though. But if you think you're starting to lose your hair you may want to start doing something about it right now. I had the same problem and started using Rogaine for women and I haven't noticed any hair falling out. The only downside to using it is that you need to use it on a regular basis.
Sometimes you can find free samples to get you started. I don't know if there are anymore left here but you can always try http://www.freesamplesfromheaven.com/rog
I hope that helps :)What age will i lose my hair mum=all hair dad=patch and all my grandparents have all there hair im 15?
Haha life is too short to worry about things that can't be helped =]
Not sure if you're a boy or girl, guys can have male pattern balding, which is hereditary, so your dad's hair (or lack thereof) would be a good indicator.
Regardless of gender, hair thins out with age.

Hop in your time machine and see.
We can't tell you what your hair will be like in the future. Much like we can't tell you if you'll have gained or lost weight, if you will be in a relationship or if you will have a good job.

Rubbing of scalp
A vigorous rubbing of the scalp with fingers after washing the hair with cold water is one of the most effective among the several home remedies for the prevention and treatment of hair loss. The scalp should be rubbed vigorously till it starts to tingle with the heat. It will activate the sebaceous glands and energise the circulation of blood in the affected area, making the hair grow healthy.
Using amla oil
Amla oil, prepared by boiling dry pieces of amla in coconut oil, is considered a valuable hair tonic for enriching hair growth. A mixture of an equal quantity of fresh amla juice and lime juice, used as a shampoo also stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.
Using lettuce
Lettuce is useful in preventing hair loss. A mixture of lettuce and spinach juice is believed to help the growth of hair if taken to the extent to half a litre a day
Using mustard oil and henna leaves
Mustard oil, boiled with henna leaves, is useful for healthy growth of hair. About 250 ml of mustard oil should be boiled in a tin basin. About sixty grams of henna leaves should be gradually put in this oil till they are burnt in the oil. The oil should then be filtered using a cloth and stored. Regular massage of the head with the oil will produce abundant hair.
Using coconut milk
The application of coconut milk all over the scalp and massaging it into the hair roots is also beneficial in the treatment of hair loss. It nourishes the hair and promotes hair growth. Coconut milk is prepared by grinding the coconut shavings and squeezing them well.
Using onion
Onion has also been found beneficial in patchy baldness. The affected part should be rubbed with onions morning and evening till it is red. It should be rubbed with honey afterwards.
Using other remedies
Daily application of refined coconut oil, mixed with lime water and lime juice on the hair, prevents hair loss and lengthens it. Application of the juice of green coriander leaves on the head is also considered beneficial. Washing the hair with a paste of cooked black gram and fenugreek lengthens the hair. Regular use of castor oil as hair oil helps the luxuriant growth of the hair.
Daily diet
The healthy condition of the hair depends, to a very large extent, on the intake of sufficient amounts of essential nutrients in the daily diet. Persons with a tendency to lose hair should take a well-balanced and correct diet, made up of foods which, in combination, should supply all the essential nutrients. It has been found that a diet which contains liberal quantities of seeds, nuts, grains, vegetables and fruits would provide adequate amounts of all the essential nutrients. Each food group should roughly form the bulk of one of the three principal meals. These foods should, however, be supplemented with certain special foods such as milk, vegetable oils, honey, wheat germ, yeast and liver.Hi iam 28 yrs old from last six months i lost my hair like anything i look blad from front.i need suggestion?
Until u get back ur hair...u can have ur hair cut in a style such that ur bald head remains covered....
this is easy if u r a gal....u can have shorter flicks of hair on ur forehead....this will make ur hair look fuller....
if u r a guy...u can try changing ur combing direction to manage some hair on ur bald forehead...keep it short at the back...and manage it in the front...
u can try this temporarily so that ur forehead looks fuller with hair...dont try on different shampoos/conditioners/oils or any of these hair products everytime...this causes in hair loss...also rubbing or tying ur hair hard after the bath also proves in hair fall...
always have a regular hair product(be it oil, shampoo, gel, conditioner, hair color or anything)...and avoid excessive use of dryers, straightners or any such machines...the roots of hair are loosened by these machines...which also cause heavy hairfall...
moreover, having a good protein rich diet also helps to prevent hair fall...u can have a lot of sprouts, ghee, butter, dals, eggs and milk...
hope this was helpful...
ok Then u must use this thats reallly works( onion juice %26amp; honey 1 tea spone) %26amp; then mix it up then put that on ur head %26amp; starts massaging

I don't think you have a problem. Try to abstain from masturbation for a week (tough) and see if the hair fall decreases. If it doesn't, then consult a doctor.

Is 1 inch of hair long enough to get woven in extensions? i lost my hair 3 years ago and its coming im 17 ;/?
i had alopecia. but its gone now according to my last dr. visit.. and my hair is about an inch long. i really hate wearing a stupid wig. and like wearing hats and stuff rubs off the new hair. so is one in long enough? or how long should it be and how long do you think it would take to acheive that legnth? :[ pls help me.Is 1 inch of hair long enough to get woven in extensions? i lost my hair 3 years ago and its coming im 17 ;/?
MOSTLY THE HAIR SHOULD AT LEAST BE 2INCHES FOR HAIR WEAVES, BUT SOME HAIRSTYLISTS CAN BRAID EXTENSIONS ONTO HAIR THATS AN INCH. IF YOU KEEP YOUR SCALP STIMULATED BY BRUSHING IT EVERYDAY, AND LETTING IT BREATHE BY NOT WEARING TO MANY HATS, YOUR HAIR SHOULD GROW MUCH FASTERIs 1 inch of hair long enough to get woven in extensions? i lost my hair 3 years ago and its coming im 17 ;/?
I don't think an inch is long enough because you would be able to tell that they were extensions. I'd get at least 3 or 4 inches before trying that. and as for how long it will take, that depends on how fast your hair grows everyone is different...at least a couple months.
get a sewn in weave some really good stylist can braid the hair that as short as yours....

Im a victim also on premature balding-
Minoxidil helps.
Laser treatment would be the best solution if you can afford itI'm 18 and I think I'm starting to lose my hair. What should I do?
Shave it bald and get a tatoo.
My sister had that problem when she was about 8 years old. We took her to a doctor and he said it was caused from stress. My family was wondering how in the world an 8 year old could possibly be stressed-but it was caused by my mother's divorce with her father. They ended up putting her on a medication and it all grew back!
eat more calcium, eat a healthier diet, see a doctor, and stop using whatever hair products you are using right now.
simple and clean...
get a check up to make sure it's not a health problem, and if you're given the all clear.....embrace it! Bald heads can be sexy!
Try a little scalp massage to stimulate hair growth.
It not only feels wonderful, it's good for you, too. You have to do it. Trust me! You'll see the difference later on. :)
shave it
maybe your not eating right. Or go spend hundreds of dollars on worthless crap that insures your hair back
~start learning the techniques to shave that head shinny bald~~
Go see a doctor who specialize in hair lost.
And eat a lot of fresh fruits and dark leafy vegetables.
Good luck mate!
The hair doesn't matter. Don't ever be unsure of what life gives you. You get what you get thats life. If you don't believe me, when your hair is all gone will the look out of your eyes be any different?
Go see a dermatologist to be sure.. cuz I lost a bit of hair as I became an adult.. but it was only my hair thinning out and it became curlier..
stress, lack of vitamins, not having proper food nutrition, smoking, too much antibiotics, diabetes....u need to check with the doctor, minoxidil helps....
I think ur too stressed. Stop stressing and you'll be fine.
If not go to a hair lose specialist. =D
Have you been ill? Feeling weak or nausiated? How old were other family members when they started losing hair or turning grey? Hair loss can be caused by several things. Stress, poor diet, some illnesses(both serious and otherwise),poor hair care, or heriditary issues. I would first stop and look at your life-what are you doing, how are you eating, etc. Contact your doctor or dermatologist to set up an appointment. Dont take it lightly. I hope that this helped a bit. How is the hair doing? Is it just thinning in places(pattern baldness) or are clumps coming out when you brush? Keep track of that and the types of shampoos and things that you put on your hair and scalp. Take that info to your doctor as well.
dont listen to them get a cute weave and take a day off
Talk to your doctor.
go to the doctor, you might have some sort of disease
or just get some hair regrowth shampoo
well i would get a wig or get extentions or maybe just shave it. whatever you want to do... i would ask your hair dresser.
Learn to live with it or start using Rogaine and go to a hair replacement specialist.
Depends. I've seen guys go bald before they were 20. First I would monitor my head and see if the hair is falling out regularly or if it's speeding up. I though I was going bald because my hair came out, and I still have a full head of hair, it was just getting longer and didn't notice the smaller hairs falling. Anyways, you could always try the monoxidyl or what ever that is. It's all about doing something before it's to late
It's all genetics dude!
Sum loose it, some don't its just in ur dna...
comb overs are so out of season!
My cousin had the same problem when he was 17, he asked the doc and they actually shot steroids in his scalp and it did make his hair grow back where it was missing, but this is only a temporary solution. Until you get older maybe you should look into those hair plugs. Good luck and talk to your doctor.
See your doctor hair loss can be a sign of serious medical condition including cancer don't want to scare you but go see a doc get it early
most men don't lose their hair until the age of 28 so i would say you're imagining it but if you're sure go to your doctor.
compensate with a great personality ;)
relax. hairloss at that age is either a serious medical issue, or stress related. take it easy. you could use nioxin shampoo and conditioner *whatever system for your hair type* that is a great system. my hair was thinning to to too many chemically processes and its back to its original thickness and growing like a weed. really massage that stuff into your scalp, not hair. it'll be cooling/tingly. its fantastic stuff. i think its your best bet to hold on to what you have left.
go to a doc.

Why do I lose my hair when I take a shower, and why do I have a bald spot when I'm only 18 and I'm a girl?
You might have a disease that you don't know about. Talk to your parents or your doctor. Why do I lose my hair when I take a shower, and why do I have a bald spot when I'm only 18 and I'm a girl?
you might have Alopecia Areata .... my cousin has it and she will occasionally lose hair and get bald spots. go to this website to see if you have these kinds of symptoms.
P.S. it could be that you're just stressed out. :/ i hope this is the case, i would feel really bad for you if you do have Aloopecia :(Why do I lose my hair when I take a shower, and why do I have a bald spot when I'm only 18 and I'm a girl?
either you are anorexic and not feeding your body the proper nutrients that it needs ...do you eat? Or you could have alopecia areata.. which is balding in spots. Some people get alopecia on their whole heads and lose all their hair. If you are not starving yourself and not anorexic or bulimic? You should see your family physician and talk to him or her about it
If your bald spots are completely hairless, this might be due to a condition called Alopecia Areata. My bro found a website when he had it. Its called htttp://www.alopecia-areata-cure.com
You can view the photo images included and the website has a few suggested treatments as well. You might want to have a look. Wish you a quick recovery.
sounds like a form of alopecia. Alopecia areata can involve multiple coin-like bald patches on your head...just do some light research on hair loss and see a tricologist (a hair specialist).
You need to go to the doctor. Hair loss at your age can signal a vitamin deficiency or thyroid problems.
might be due to your diet
maybe (if) you colored your hair way too much?scar cream

Does messing my hair too much causes me to lose my hair?
like brushing them back, and tying them into ponytail?
or shampooing everyday?Does messing my hair too much causes me to lose my hair?
no. every day, some hair will fall out, but you have so much, you don't notice it, and every day, new strands are growing. the only way to noticeably lose hair is by undergoing a medical procedure that causes hair to fall out, or by pulling it out yourself. normal daily treatment of hair is not to it's detriment, although it might make it dry and flaky if you don't use a good shampoo.Does messing my hair too much causes me to lose my hair?
Your hair falls out all the time, you are most likely to notice it when you are messing with it. If you have no odd bald patches or are not taking a medication that can cause hair loss (like an anti-siezure med) then I would not worry about it. If it is really concerning you about the amount you are losing, talk to your dr. If you have a family history of hair loss or are taking any meds, then definatly talk to your dr.
NO. Actually stimulation helps keep hair healthy. Keeping it brushed and clean will help stimulate the follicles and prevent unnecessary breakage and loss.
If you are genetically predisposed to hair loss (look at your maternal grandfather--if he's bald there's a chance you will be, too), you want to make sure that the hair you have looks it's best--clean and brushed.
No..that what my Sister told me as long as the chemicals you use are safe.
No, but it might lead to hair damage.
If you wash you hair everyday its bad. When your older you hair will fall out.If you pull you hair back into a ponytail while your hair is wet then thats also bad because your hair wont dry completly. Brushing your hair back isnt so bad.
no, but if you mess around and brush it hard than yes you can lose your hair just be careful...

Can a dermatologist prevent me from getting bald? ( I am 19 and i didnt lose my hair )But there is a possibili
possibility i will because of my genesCan a dermatologist prevent me from getting bald? ( I am 19 and i didnt lose my hair )But there is a possibili

No. He may be able to slow it down but not stop it.
Hope I can help you, %26amp; I think I can. Baldness is definitely genetic.
It happens to females as well. My mother, sister %26amp; niece had hair loss. It's true that stress can exacerbate the loss, however--in my sister I've seen TRUE results by the use of ROGAINE. I believe it was first introduced only for men, (but a lower dose is
available for women), %26amp; they've recently come up with a ';foam'; for men. I'm very skeptical about ';remedies'; but the proof is in the pudding...%26amp; after a few months, regrowth of my sister's hair
was substantial, %26amp; continues to increase. I know a young man who had ';bald genes'; %26amp; started the program when he was only 20. You have to be diligent, (morning %26amp; evening), %26amp; IF YOU STOP USING IT YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE GROWTH YOU ACCOMPLISHED. It's a constant maintenance, %26amp; ';forever.';
I would never recommend anything without proof of its worth; ROGAINE IS effective. Unless hair loss is due to some other condition, a dermatologist cannot help you. I suspect it's never too early to start.
If your genes are programmed for you to be bald by a certain age, then I don't feel there is anyway to prevent it.
you can lose your hair through effects of stress so if all you do is worry about going bald then you could because of the stress you put yourself through i no it happened to my brother, pluss if going bald runs in the family theres nothing you or anyone can do to stop it

Why i start to lose my hair at 30 .... and what can i do about it?
why i start to lose my hair at 30 .... and what can i do about itWhy i start to lose my hair at 30 .... and what can i do about it?
It's probably a lack of certain nutrients in your body that's causing the problem - most cases of hair loss are because of this.
There are many different treatments that are meant to ';cure'; your condition by providing your body with the nutrients it needs.
';Provillus'; is one of the market leaders. You can see a report about it here: http://www.regrowreport.com/provillus-reWhy i start to lose my hair at 30 .... and what can i do about it?
You can either 1.Get hair transplants which is gonna cost you like 200 dollars or 3,000. Or just go up to wal mart and ask them where they have medicine for your hair to grow back. I saw it on this one tv commerical you can get it grown back by it.

Will I really lose my hair if my grand-dad from my mom's side bald?
You get ur baldness from ur mom's side, right? Will I really lose my hair if my grand-dad from my mom's side bald?
We must get our traits from our dad's side. My maternal grand-dad was bald as a coot and my paternal grandfather allways had a great head of hair. Anyhows, I've followed my paternal grandfather and I have a great head of hair at 37..... Anyhows, girls must like it or else they wouldn't have picked bald men, and the fact that they exist shows that girls liked that. Will I really lose my hair if my grand-dad from my mom's side bald?
could be my moms dad is bald and im 25 with thinning hair not bald yet cant even see teh scalp but im getting there
some people say so but my moms dad had a head full of hair but my brother is bald and my other 3 bros also have a full head of hair go figure

I often lose my hair ,especially when I wash it.how to cure it?
I(femal,24) often lose my hair ,especially when I wash it.how to cure it?I often lose my hair ,especially when I wash it.how to cure it?
This is a normal occurence believe me( just look at my shower plug hole in morning LOL) It has a lot to do with diet, so a balanced diet is really necessary.
Stress also plays a part like your overall health if run down hair does come out more easily...
Stay away from fatty foods cos that makes lustre of hair dull.
A good shampoo n conditioner is also helpful to maintain healthy hair together with grooming...
I can't stress enough the need to eat fruit ,vegies, grains, salads etc, hold back on red meat to say 3 times week and eat plenty of fish and chicken...DRINK WATER and plenty of it works wonders ..hope this helps...I often lose my hair ,especially when I wash it.how to cure it?
Another possible cause is over conditioning your hair,it weighs it down, causing it to break off.Frequent colorings/chemical treatments do this as well.Vitamin deficiency is also a possible factor.
If it is more than normal it may be stress. Stress can cause hair fallout. You need to up your B vitamins (all of them) and take a good milti-vitamin. Add vitamin E also the smallest amount plus Biotin.
Wash with gently shampoo for awhile (month or two) like baby shampoo (no detergents in it) and Baby spray on rinse that you dont wash out (this helps so you dont pull on tangles).
Dont blow dry or use styling products or color for 3-4 months or untill it stops falling out.
Since you are young you should have no problem growing it all back. Just take it easy on it for awhile and up the nutrition and supplements.

hi look very old without complete hair is it possible for me can i get my hair again.Hi, i am 28 yrs, i have been proublem that i have lost my hair front and center, is it possible for repantatio?
It is possible to grow some of the hair that you lost with certain medications but how much grows back is uncertain until you try it.
I would recommend a daily regimen of finasteride, 5% minoxidil, and 2% ketoconazole shampoo. It has been clinical proven in human studies to actually work but you should see a dermatologist first. You can find credible and reliable information about treatments that work at the links below. If the information is not listed on PubMed then don't trust it.Hi, i am 28 yrs, i have been proublem that i have lost my hair front and center, is it possible for repantatio?
sounds like male pattern baldness... many men lose hair bc the testosterone in their bodies release toxins on their scalps that end up clogging up hair follicles. the hairs that grow in are usually very fine/delicate/miniaturized hairs, if any grow at all. Some women also experience the same thing after menopause when their hormones get outta wack. The best product I have found is Nioxin, its basically just a really good shampoo that removes buildup %26amp; gives the hair that squeaky clean feel. There is also a scalp treatment applied after shampooing. If u try rogain or minoxidil then be prepared to use them for life, bc once stopped all new hair will go away %26amp; you'll be back to square one. If u don't want to use any products then shave ur head, bc comb overs don't hide anything!!
I really don't think there are any reliable, and realistic looking hair replacements out there. My advice is to keep your head shaved, or at least buzzed down very close to your scalp. No one will notice you are balding, and many men look very nice bald.
It all depends on why you lost your hair. Have you seen a doctor? If it's alopesia, it's questionable, but you never know. Go see a doctor.

Some beauty operators sell a special shampoo. Also do a search for shampoos for thinning hair. There can be all sorts of reasons. Keep searching online. Also go to www.neopel.com I think thats the correct spelling.

Im 21 years old, why am I starting to lose my hair and have a bald spot on my head? What can I do for this?
You could have Alopecia Areata. My boyfriend has the same thing. It started out with one small bald spot and then he got two, etc. They grow back in with white hair and then eventually turn black. He didn't really have a lot of options as far as treatment. There really isn't a ';cure'; persay. You can see your dermatologist who might suggest injections into the scalp and/or steroid cream which could cause stretch marks. This could be caused by stress or a thyroid disease. I would have your thyroid tested before agreeing to any injections however.Im 21 years old, why am I starting to lose my hair and have a bald spot on my head? What can I do for this?
Nothing, you should get heavy into porn as you will have a hard time getting laid.Im 21 years old, why am I starting to lose my hair and have a bald spot on my head? What can I do for this?

It signifies change and moving on. Maybe something in your life is going through a change, or about to?
Usually, though, hair falling out is a pleasant change, while teeth falling out is a painful change. (well Duh...)

Radiation for brain tumor. I know Im going to lose my hair so Im going to cut a piece or pieces and save it...?
Did anyone else do this too?Radiation for brain tumor. I know Im going to lose my hair so Im going to cut a piece or pieces and save it...?
I think you should do whatever it takes such as keeping your hair clipping is what you need to get through the treatment. What you need to know though is your hair is not what makes you who you are, and it will grow back in time. But, if you want to save some of your hair, then you certainly should do so!
I have had quite a few patients that have kept a clip of hair for whatever reason they had, if only for a sence of security. Nothing you need to do is wrong, just focus yourself on getting well!Radiation for brain tumor. I know Im going to lose my hair so Im going to cut a piece or pieces and save it...?
as previous posters suggested, you can always save a lock of your hair.
but i must add that my Dad is undergoing chemotherapy [3rd round at present] %26amp; my aunt had undergone it a few years back too. neither of them lost their hair. perhaps there is some genetic aspect to it.
so don't fret or be too conscious. just be positive %26amp; strong %26amp; get through the therapy with all your positive energy, will %26amp; strength.
all the very best in life always.
I recently saw on a TV program that someone who was going to have to undergo chemotherapy so saw cut her hair cut short to ease the shock. I think it would be a good idea to save your hair.
Yes, and I put it in a little locket. Afterwards, my hair grew back a different texture. (wavy, and it was always straight), so I was glad to have it.
Mine fell out from chemo, though, not rad treatments.

If I lose my hair, what will happen?
Last week, I was feeling very suicidal because I had no hope in my life. I am 34. I have never had a gf. I am still a virgin. I have a big nose, a skinny face, a long neck and balding. But I am balding very fast, which makes me even more ugly. So once I lose my hair, no girl will ever, ever like me. My mother does not want me to shave my head, so I won't shave my head. I will be bald but will have hair on the sides. So do I just give up on ever finding a gf and getting married and have kids and have a family. In other words, will I be alone for the rest of my life?If I lose my hair, what will happen?
Your life is what you make it. Instead of feeling bad about yourself, get out there and have some fun. You probably see yourself differently than everyone else does and your probably just critical of you. If you have a good heart, be a good person, and see the good in you, others will see it too. It's only hair! Who cares if your balding? Lots of women love bald guys! Forget the bad and look at the good in you and then others will see it too. If you project a good image of yourself, others will see it too. Have you ever seen a not so good looking guy with a beautiful woman as a girlfriend?? You probably asked yourself, ';What does she see in him?'; She sees what he really is, a great guy who is wonderful. She sees lots of things in him that others don't. We are all something to someone. Forget your flaws and look at your positive side. People will see what you want them too and if your always feeling bad, people will see that and not want to be around you. Forget the flaws, look for the good. I'm sure you will meet someone who loves you for you and thinks your the most beautiful man in the world. There is someone for everyone out there. Think positive and get yourself out there and let everyone see what a great guy you are! Now stop the pity party and go find someone who loves you for you. You deserve to be happy so go have some fun!!!! Remember, think positive! If I lose my hair, what will happen?
Your very welcome. Please keep the faith.
I've found the answer to your problem, friend! You are putting yourself in a negative mood. Thus you will see yourself in a bad position. Simply receive some confidence. If your worried about your hair, buy a wig. If you need a girlfriend, go to some parties and if you need friends, hang out with people in your local cafe or lounge. Or even possibly Health club. You are bound to get a spouse. Don't give up now man. It's not the end of the galaxy!
you are 34 years old if you want to shave it go for it. i think it is a very sexy look. better than a fringe around the edges of your head not? dont give up you have a lot of time yet.
It just depends upon the face that you put up...See the good movie stars....Don't girls go after them....The girl who after you now may stay with you for ever....But may not the one when you looked damn good
no you wont there is someone out there. ok i am 21 but also dont have had a gf or have dad sex but dont give up. go out there and dont hide and dont be shy. i know how you are feeling but like i sed hang in there you will meet someone one day
dude, you're a 34 year old man if you want to shave your head, shave your god damn head. stop being such a mommas boy, suck it up, shave that head..woman find bald heads pretty sexy too...if you ever want a gf than shave your head..and girls like confidence, even if your ugly, confidence is good, oh and and get a sense of humor, girls like that too...and bam you'll have a gf in a week.
First you need some self confidence no woman will want you if you don't even like yourself. Second stop listen to your mom be a man do not have the half hair or the comb over. Just need to change your attitude an start asking girl whats the worse they can do turn you down. Sure there worse things happen to you than some rejection it happens to all of us even the ones that think there players.

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall.
1.Rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea this helps hair grow..
2. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair.
3. Massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and next morning, wash off the hair gently..
4. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea.Massage well and shampoo.
5. Beat two eggs, and add two tablespoons of water to it. Rinse hair and pour the egg mixture over the hair.Massage the scalp well and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it.
In my experience It has been vitamin deficiencies that causes my hair loss. You should try a B-complex vitamin. It takes a little bit to get in your system so you wont notice a difference right off. But it helps me a lot. I hope this helps:)
B-Complex also helps with PMS, mood, and finger nail growth.
Well thats a sign that you are losing your hair and really anything can affect from stress to bad dieting. There could be so many reasons out there. I had the same problem before I started taking this thing called PROVILLUS it worked pretty good it can prevent hair loss. Copy and paste the link below to check out their websiteeyeshadow brush

I had hypothyroid and l lost my hair a lot can u suggest me of regrowth naturally but not with chemicals?
Apply warm '; gingly Oil'; to the roots of hair , put your head down between your knees, gently massage scalp with tips of fingers, till you feel a gentle warmth spreading all over your head.....can be done for 10 min ....take bath using a mild shampoo in lukewarm water......everyday for at least a month....then reduce frequencyI had hypothyroid and l lost my hair a lot can u suggest me of regrowth naturally but not with chemicals?
I have hypothyroidism. Make sure you are on synthroid to keep your thyroid under control. Also take vitamins and eat healthy. I have to keep my hair very short because when it was longer it looked thin from the hair loss. Now I don't lose so much hair but I love it long. Use a shampoo and conditioner that is fortified with vitamins like V05. There are also vitamins that are specifically for your hair. Good luck. I hope you feel okay otherwise. I have gained a lot of weight because of my thyroid and I am always extremely tired.

I am 21 and starting to lose my hair in the temple region...what should I do to stop/stunt the loss?
going to an endocronologist will help. It is somehow unusual to experience such in a very young age but more likely it has been explained that hormones do contribute to the factor of losing hair.
or you can shave it...its sexy, thoughI am 21 and starting to lose my hair in the temple region...what should I do to stop/stunt the loss?
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm

I believe that it is because of lack of proteins and you should go for herbal remedies. I have a wonderful book on the subject but unfortunately it is in hardcover.

What Are The Odds I'll Lose My Hair?
Here's a bit of information...
I'm 15.
My father is bald, and so is his father and all of his brothers.
My mother never lost any of her hair, but her brother is losing a bit of his. My grandfather on that side of the family never lost any of his hair and neither did any of the other males.
I have hair exactly like my grandfather on my mother's side (dark brown, thick, wavy in generally the same spots.)
I heard that body hair is some times related to this sort of thing, so here's some information on that...
I've had peach fuzz on my upper lip as long as I can remember, and have thick (not super thick, but a bit thicker than normal) eyebrows and a unibrow if I don't shave it.
My arms a little bit hairy and my legs are pretty hairy. I have a line of peach fuzz going from my bellybutton up to the start of my chest. It's not really noticable if you aren't looking for it.
Based on that information (I'll supply more if needed) what are my chances of losing my hair? What Are The Odds I'll Lose My Hair?
50%What Are The Odds I'll Lose My Hair?
Don't look at your dad's head, look at your Mom's. If she has a thick head of hair, you will too! Baldness gene runs on mother's side.
they same boys genes are from mothers side... so you should take after mom's side...... a little word of advice.... lifes to short to change what we have no control over....enjoy life and be Hairy.......
It's so hard to tell. My mom's dad is 84 and still has all his hair. My mom's hair is not thinning, my dad has all his hair . . .and I have 2 younger brothers, one of which whose hair started thinning at 19. My other brother has a full head of thick hair.
But don't stress about it too much. Rogaine works amazingly well - as soon as a person starts using it, the hair loss slows or stops completely. There are also all kinds of other things you could use if needed, and in 10 - 15 years when you might really need to worry about it, they'll have even better things to use then. Maybe even a cure!
The baldness gene comes from the mother's genetics. If her dad is not bald, it is unlikely that you will be.
Omg! you are just like me (even age). My dad's family is bald and mum isn't! only i dont have a hairy body.
anyway you wont have to worry as long as you take care of your hair and not colour it. also, drugs, smoking and alcohol can all lead to unhealthy hair - so eat haelthy excersize and youll have loads of hair.
in these cases sometimes the mothers genes are way stronger than the dads genes, so don't worry.
also stress can cause hair fall even more.
My magic 8 ball says it's definite you will bald. Very bald very soon.
I'm pretty sure that you inherit the hair loss gene from your moms side. So if your mom and her parents never lost any of their hair then theres a good chance you wont go bald. But I'm not sure about your moms brother. You can go to this website maybe it will help you.

hope I helped and good luck finding your answer! :)

I've heard it can have to do with your mothers father for some reason but either way don't worry about it so early or you might stress yourself into losing it. If it gets bad you could look into one of those hair growing treatments but don't use Rogaine I've heard bad things about that.
You are on medication right and using Alpatec medicines which cause dryness in your body. Its formula is kill heat with heat, iron cuts iron.so there are side effects. You should drink fresh juices and alot of water to control any side effects.
this might sound silly but eating bananas is good for your hair, also consider taking a collagen supplement as thats known to be good for skin and hair

I have Graves disease (thyroid) and I don't like taking the medicine for it.I lose my hair and get sick from
I don't like being a guinni pig,I think I should take natural remedies rather than other prescriptions. Plus not to mention the doctor bills, I can't afford. What would you do ?I have Graves disease (thyroid) and I don't like taking the medicine for it.I lose my hair and get sick from
Graves' Disease is a type of autoimmune disease that causes over-activity of the thyroid gland, causing hyperthyroidism. This over-activity is also sometimes called ';toxic diffuse goiter.'; The thyroid gland helps set the rate of metabolism, which is the rate at which the body uses energy. When the thyroid is too active, it makes more thyroid hormones than the body needs. High levels of thyroid hormones can cause side effects such as weight loss, rapid heart rate and nervousness. This is an uncommon disease that affects 2 percent of all women at some time in their lives.
These are the most common symptoms of GravesDisease and hyperthyroidism:
--trouble sleeping
--fatigue
--trouble getting pregnant
--frequent bowel movements
--irritability
--weight loss without dieting
--heat sensitivity
--increased sweating
--muscular weakness
--changes in vision or how your eyes look
--lighter menstrual flow
--rapid heart beat
--hand tremors
GravesDisease is the only kind of hyperthyroidism that is associated with swelling of the tissue around the eyes and bulging of the eyes. And rare cases, patients will develop a lumpy reddish thickening of the skin in front of the shins called pretibial myxedema. This skin condition is usually painless. The symptoms of this disease can occur slowly or very suddenly and are sometimes confused with other medical problems. Women can also have GravesDisease and have no visible symptoms at all.
Graves' disease can be caused by a group of different factors that come together to cause thyroid problems, including heredity, your body's immune system, your age, sex hormones, and possibly stress.
There are three treatments for Graves' Disease:
--Medicine. There are some medicines called antithyroid drugs that can lower the amount of thyroid hormones made by the thyroid, causing it to make, normal levels. A doctor must give these medicines to you. Some patients who take an acute thyroid drug for 1 to 2 years have a remission from Gravesdisease; their thyroid function may remain normal even without medication.
--Radioactive iodine. The radioactive iodine damages thyroid cells, shrinking and eventually destroying the thyroid gland in order to reduce hormone levels. Like surgery, this condition usually leads to hypothyroidism, so that thyroid hormone supplement medication is needed for the rest of the patient's life.
--Surgery. All of the thyroid gland will be removed. In most cases, people who have surgery for Graves' Disease will develop an under-active thyroid (hypothyroidism, the opposite of hyperthyroidism), and will have to take thyroid replacement hormones for the rest of their lives.
After a diagnosis is made and a treatment is chosen, you should return to your doctor for regular follow-up visits every year to make sure that your thyroid levels are normal and for adjustments in your medicine dose if need be. (It may take some time before your levels are accurate...even if you get it taken out, you will still need medication to ';fake'; your body into thinking it has a thyroid)
NOW READ THIS!! If left untreated, GravesDisease can lead to heart problems and problems in pregnancy, and an increased risk of a miscarriage. Severe, untreated GravesDisease can be fatal. Thyrotoxic storm is a rare life-threatening condition that develops in cases of untreated hyperthyroidism. It is usually brought on by an acute stress, such as trauma surgery or infection. Symptoms are severe, with a pounding heart, sweating, restlessness, shaking, diarrhea, change in consciousness, agitation and confusion. Congestive heart failure can develop rapidly and lead to death.

And, if you're interested, here's some info about me, and for anyone else who may come across your question %26amp; needs more information about thyroid problems:
I have low thyroid. If you have low thyroid...here's a great question to answer: Can you see the floor of your house? That was what was asked of me at one point, and to my amazement, the answer was no!
Anyway, the signs are:fatigue and lack of energy. Women suffering from underactive thyroid experience heavier menstrual periods. Sluggishness and forgetfulness are symptoms of underactive thyroid problem. Other symptoms of this thyroid disorder are dry skin and hair and constipation.
If you have high thyroid, or an overactive one, the signs are: increased body metabolism. This is followed by weight loss and excessive warmth and sweating. Persons suffering from overactive thyroid experience trembling hands, irritability and rapid heartbeat or palpitations. Women with overactive thyroid or hyperthyroidism may experience shorter or lighter menstrual periods.
I take medication, and sadly will have to take 1 pill everyday for the rest of my life. There's a blood check that they will do to see if you have low or high. Again, as I mentioned before, it may take some ups %26amp; downs until the medicine gets where it needs to be for you. I hope i've helped you!!I have Graves disease (thyroid) and I don't like taking the medicine for it.I lose my hair and get sick from
Sorry, you can't do alternative medicine when your thyroid is out of whack.
Please talk to your endocrinologist or general treating doctor about how you are feeling. I had Graves and the hair loss/thinning is unfortunatley a symptom of Graves. I also felt sickness at the start when first diagnosed. I don't know maybe your sickness could be a side effect of the meds or you need your dosage adjusted.
I wouldn't stop the medication and/or go on natural therapies.
I was told that I had a very slim chance of the meds working and might need RAI but thankfully after nearly a year of taking them, I was in remission. :)
I gave up soy milk and soy products (not good for those with thyriod problems) and tried not to get stressed as I knew it would aggravate my condition. I strongly urge you to educate yourself about your condition through books, there is a very good yahoo club (US)support group for graves (the name escapes me)
plus a lot of online resources such as :
http://thyroid.about.com/
I am a big one for aletrnative therapies so I may try one but if its something serious I will suffer it out with allopathic medicines
Have you tried to take Synthroid?
sooner or later you will die with out med's.... it's sad, and it will take a while, but it will happen.
I have Thyroid problems as well.
try alturnitive meds, and check the net, it has billions of solutions
you could have your thyroid removed/destroyed with radioactive iodine then just get on levothyroxine (if that seems easier, you would feel completely normal if this was done). natural remedies probably arent going to work for thyroid problems.... plus natural stuff is no more natural to your body than a drug made in a lab. natural doesnt equal good
id talk to your doctor about possible alternatives, such as the one i mentioned above, or see if you can get on a different drug
I have Thyroid Cancer, I am hypo, I had a complete thyroidectomy, and also had the radiation. I too get very sick from the medication. I am currently taking 400mg of Synthroid once a day. I have also tried armour. Synthroid is synthetic drug, and Aurmor is derived from pig enzimes.
It is not the medication itself that is making you sick. It is that they can not find the proper dosage for you. It can take several years to get the meds right. If they mess with the micrograms to much, you can have a heart attack, or other serious problems.
I have experienced the hair loss, bones aching, anxiety, depression, mood swings, diabetes, weight gain, and more... When they get my meds right I am feeling great and my hair grows back....but.... My body seems to not to be regular, and my levels do not stay the same. I end up losing hair, and going through all of the side effects from not being able to maintain a steady level.
I am not sure about the natural remedies. I have some health insurance, and it will not cover these ';natural remedies.'; I do however see a Chiropractor.
Last year I was on Morphine patches. This year is a bit better, and I have weaned myself off the patch. THree years ago I could not walk believe it or not. I am going to find some links to my experiences with the thyroid. Even though you do not have thryoid cancer, you may still experience some of the side effects I have... I felt that I can relate to what your talking about. If you have any questions feel free to email me.

I have osteo sarcoma and I was wondering if I would lose my hair during treatments?
It's probable. Usually your doctor would have explained this to you by now. Much depends on the stage of disease, the location of tumor, and the type of chemotherapy being offered. In general, osteosarcoma offers chemo before and after surgery. At least two of the chemos used are Doxirubicin and Ifosimide, both of which can cause hair loss . . but much will depend on how many treatments you will have . . some people have very little hair loss while others may lose all their hair. When treatment stops the hair will grow back.I have osteo sarcoma and I was wondering if I would lose my hair during treatments?
Prayer can be helpful. A cancer patient at my church recently was healed of a multi-site later stage cancer by prayer. God can help you live a better life if you want Him to. You can have a personal relationship with God by saying the prayer below. God is our Creator, all-knowing, all-powerful, eternal, holy, love. God loves us and sent us His Son, Jesus Christ, so we can go to heaven if we know and follow Him. Forever means without end -- time on and on without death. Forever is what happens after we die. Either we go to heaven and be with God forever, or we go to hell which is very bad and painful forever. The good people who are saved believers in Jesus Christ go to heaven. The bad people go to hell. We need to know and follow God in this world to get to heaven in the next world. We follow God by loving and obeying Him and loving others for Him. Jesus Christ, God's Son, is our bridge to God. Jesus died on the cross to cancel our sins. We need to accept Jesus into our life as our Lord and Savior forever to receive God's blessing and forgiveness plus go to heaven to be with God forever after we die. This is about being a born-again Christian. Faith in God is a gift from God. You can pray for faith in God. Just speak out and ask God for the faith to believe in Him and to follow Him. Some people find faith in God when they realize the beauty in the world is made by God. Evolution can't explain the world's natural beauty, for example, the parks in the world, animals, flowers, peacocks, sunsets, butterflies, rainbows, etc. After you have your faith on, you can pray a sinner's prayer to be a born-again Christian. This prayer is very important and should be said with a sincere heart and faith in God. This is the prayer: ';Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that Jesus Christ is the sacrifice for our sins. I have done the following sins (state these out) and I pray to discontinue these sins. I pray to receive Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord and Savior forever. In Jesus' name, amen.'; I'm Lutheran and I like the Baptist churches too. You could try out a Christian church and also see about their weekly Bible study group to learn about God's will for your life. You can pray to God about your daily life and have a Christian church pray for you.

I am only 20 years old and Im beginning to lose my hair..Any advice?
I have been losing my hair for some time now.. But now is really beginning to worry me..The top of my head its noticeably going bald..Im really afraid of losing my hair..What should I do?I am only 20 years old and Im beginning to lose my hair..Any advice?
Go to the store and get minoxidil. It is what is in Rogaine, but the generic brand works just as well the active ingredient is exactly the same amount. Walmart has it just in case you were wondering. It cost 20 dollars out here for a 3 month supply. You have to use it every morning and night religiously. Also you may want to cut your hair a bit, you don't have to do a pixie cut but it takes some of the weight off your scalp. You may also want to get some highlights in that area.
My hair is curly too, and I try to wear it naturall here and there, pulling on it to straighten it adds pressure as well. Do you wrap your hair at night? If you do then your style should last a little longer so that you dont have to redo it, just touch it up here and there. I usually tuck my hair back because the front is thinner for me and if I wear it down and forward you can almost see through it. There are a lot of volumizing products that basically build up the individual hairs so there is more to them but it won't change your scalp. You could also look into getting some extensions, not for length just for fullness, do not get the glue though if you do, it can pull out the follicles of the surrounding hair. They have a lot of different techniques.I am only 20 years old and Im beginning to lose my hair..Any advice?
Seriously lay off for a whole month on all hair products (gel, mousse, relaxers, hairdye, etc.) and lay off blow-drying, flat-iron, whatever. Brush less frequently. (brushing more breaks the ends causing split ends)
Avoid stressful situations if possible. It's made my hair fall out in several locks! You may want to try what's called a hair-pak of vitamins (some health food stores sell them) This helped me quite a bit. Gelatin capsules work wonders for getting hair out of the scalp.
Also, eat better during this month. Diet plays a huge role in development of hair. Do all of this for a whole month.
You should see major changes at the end of the month. If not, this could be the precursor to a medical malady in which case, you'll have to see a doctor. A friend of mine was losing major hair in highschool as a result of her anxiety problems and heavy medication.
Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but in order to treat it, you've gotta find the cause. Probably a thyroid disorder or something, because you're probably too young to experience female pattern baldness and the pattern you describes sounds different from the pattern that typifies alopecia areata (which is a good thing!).
See a dermatologist. Try to schedule an appointment soon because the waiting list is often long. In the meantime, take the other gal's advice and try Rogaine (it has been known to stop and reverse hair loss).
Also--and I know this is easier said than done--don't despair. Hair loss is a treatable thing and a surprising amount of females (even young ones!) go through it..............
You may want to check with a doctor as that is a symptom of thyroid. I found out after an entire summer of freaking out.
Shave your head. Some people looks cute with their heads shaven.

I am 15 year old i and i started masturbating 6 months ago and now i am starting to lose my hair?
on average i think i have ejaculated once or more than once in a day. is there any way i can stop my hair from falling out PLZ I NEED HELP. i am trying to stop masturbating will tht help plz answer!!!!!!!I am 15 year old i and i started masturbating 6 months ago and now i am starting to lose my hair?
There's no connection between masturbating and hair loss. Masturbating is just a normal response to your body's hormones trying to get you to have sex. Masturbating is just a safe, convenient alternative, no need to stop, do it as often as you want or need to.
The hair loss is a separate issue and can have many causes (masturbation isn't one of them, I promise you). You need to see your doctor about that.I am 15 year old i and i started masturbating 6 months ago and now i am starting to lose my hair?
If your hair is truly falling out it has nothing to do with the fact that you started to masturbate. Someone has told you a big fat lie. There is nothing wrong with masturbating. It is a normal physical activity for guys when they hit puberty and beyond. I have masturbated for many many years and never lost one hair. I am sure that millions of other men will say the same. Check with you doctor.
There is no negetive aspect to jacking off or masturbating, infact it is more good than bad for you. and losing hair is NOT a cause or symptom from jacking off or masturbating. Your either going bald at an early age or you just heard this stupid myth and are getting are paranoid when you see a hair fall out... the average human loses between 40 - 50 hairs a day! (from all over your body)
hmm unless your riping it out yer itll stop but i dont understand why it would be coming out my hair dosnt but i keep mine short so it dosnt get pulled
pubic hairs like parsly when its time for eating you get it wet and push it out of the way
haha my cooking teacher told me that 1 i think it was slightly differant and not said like that
well there is no relationship between the 2. I do not know ANYONE who doesnt jack off so yeah its normal. Unless its some nerd then he wouldn't jack off lol or some Christian religious freak who follows everything. so is your pubic hair or hair on your head?
dude, there's no relationship between masturbating and hair loss. I've been jerking off for 5 years and i'm hairy as hell LOL.
go see your doctor and find out why your hair is coming out.
stop tugging so hard simple.
I don't think it has anything to do with your hair.
em no but go and ask ur parents wats rong

Will i lose my hair with under active thyroid?
i have been diagnosed with underactive thyroids so am now taking tablets but will i lose my hair and if so how much? Will i lose my hair with under active thyroid?
If you are in treatment, and taking your medication as directed, and having blood tests, and maintaining proper hormone levels, no, you will not lose your hair due to the thyroid disease. You may still lose it due to other causes :-) but not due to your treated thyroid disease. Will i lose my hair with under active thyroid?
Yes. You can lose hair with hyper or hypo thyroid. It all just depends, you're not going to go bald by any means, but you can lose hair.
i dont think youll lose your hair cause i have the same problem

Consult with your doctor, who will be able to address the problem and can refer you to a good dermatologist
There are several factors that can contribute to hair loss such as:
Stress and trauma are prone to produce increased levels of testosterone, which converts to DHT, and interrupts the hair growth cycle [constricting the blood supply, oxygen and nutrient uptake and vitamins to the hair follicle].
Nutrition and diet play a significant role in hair loss whereby a high consumption of animal fats, rapid weight loss and liquid protein diets can create a lack of amino acids, biotin, iron, protein and zinc - all of which are essential to healthy hair.
Health issues such as a malfunctioning of the hormone producing thyroid and natural hormonal changes in women due to pregnancy, childbirth and menopause, can trigger hair loss.
Medications such as birth-control or any hormone therapy can contribute to hair loss as the hair follicle is incredibly sensitive to changes. Steroids, specific chemotherapies as well as many blood pressure, diabetic, heart disease and acne medications can cause temporary or permanent hair loss.
Environmental factors such as toxins, air and water pollutants, chlorine, metals and minerals may be left on the scalp and hair as we wash with water every day. Pollutants such as pseudo-estrogens and toxins from within our body can also contribute to hair loss.
One main products recommended my Dermatologists and Podiatrists all over the United states is ELON Matrix 5,000. The biotin supplement has been shown to improve thinning hair problems withing 6 months. Basically the ingredients help to rebuild the hair follicle to decrease the loss of hair and help to strengthen the new hair growth. They have also seen results in Alopecia patients which is a major breakthrough!eyeshadow brush

I have lost my hair to cancer. I want a girlie makeover. What do you suggest?
Me now:
Hair
none- chemo made it fall out. I have a wig but I don't wear it because it makes me look like a transvestite. I wear a hat instead.
Clothes
Gone from jeans and t-shirt to dresses and skirts
Jewellery
simple necklace and clip-on earrings.
earrings are a strange one. I never wanted my ears pierced until I went bald and became desparate to anything to look girlie again, now I want them done I can't because my immune system is so low an infection would be dangerous.
makeup
gone from virtually none to lots.
can anyone help me out on this one?I have lost my hair to cancer. I want a girlie makeover. What do you suggest?
hair - i think you shouldn't get a wig and embrace the baldness.. i think totally blad is hot, on both guys and girls.. i've been wanting to shave my head but haven't had the guts... but yea.. keep the bald..
jewellery - i dun think u should wear earrings if u only can wear clip ons.. they aren't really complementing... u should wear a nice necklace, like a female sign, or ur star sign, or anything cute like tat.. but dun wear it on a long chain, wear it on a chain, or better yet, a leather strap, and let it sit right on or right below ur collar bone.. and u can try bracelettes or even bangles.. those big colourful plastic ones in red and black or watever.. they're really cute and feminine..
clothes - i dun really think dresses look good with bald on a daily basis.. i think cute t-shirts wit feminine pants would be nice.. like three quater pants or jeans... and have them in warm colours.. like light pink, baige, light brown, or even grey.. and nice comfortable sneakers or sandals..
make-up - well, if ur bald it's perfect for u to play with ur features... if ur eccentuating ur eyes, do ur eyebrows, and use black eyeliner and mascara, a bit of blush, but little to no lipstick.. if ur eccentuating ur lips, use a deeper lip colour wit gloss, a bit of blush, and a bit of mascara but no eyeliner.. u don't wanna over do it and look like a hooker...
i dunno how old u are, but i think watever i just said would do for anyone for any age group... and it's easy, simple and comfy... i hope i helped.. good luck! and stay strong.. =';)I have lost my hair to cancer. I want a girlie makeover. What do you suggest?
her are my suggestions:
go to a spa with some friends and have a facial - you will feel loads better, have fun and have lovely soft skin afterwards
get a great manicure
go to a department store get your make-up done by one of the assistants at the make-up stands - they give great advice
try something different to hats, kylie often wore a scarf around her head after she lost her hair to chemo and i think they looked really pretty
and finally, go on a girlie shopping trip! there are some lovely floral smock dresses in for the remains of the summer which are very feminine, autumn and winter trends are quite masculine this year, but if you wear, for example, a pretty blouse with a soft grey cardigain, a beige skirt and grey tights - you will still look fashionable.
hope i helped!
ok. you should get a wig - long curly hair. until it grows back. and some makeup. maybe eyeliner or stuff like that. and wear miniskirts and minidresss with jeans or white shirt underneath. layering is in! wear flats. flats are in to.
My Mom had lots of hats and bandanas. She looked pretty cute in them. Actually, she had a very nice shaped head. She looked great bald. If I knew I would look that cute, I'd shave! But, just be yourself. You can still look like a girl in jeans and a t-shirt. Just maybe pick girlie colors for the t-shirts. And don't wear too much makeup. You don't want to look like clown. My Mom's wigs didn't look that real either. But, she looked so cute in all the different hats and bandanas. Good luck to you. I wish you well.
My mom had cancer and hated wigs!! I would say just go bald if you can take it, if not then get some pretty scarves or if you know anyone that sews they can make you beautiful turbans. I think turbans with or without hair can be very sexy. There are so many pretty thin scarves you could get, my mom said everything made her head sweaty so the thinner the better. And there are so many cute hats now days try them all on and see what you like.
Clothes pretty much anything goes, even dressy shirts go with jeans if they are what you prefer. And I have always been a fan of sweaters. A pretty cami with a little cardigan or jacket and jeans is another great look.
Jewelry I have always loved dangles or thin hoops and simple bangle bracelets and simple necklaces.
Make up I would keep it more simple, go to a make up counter and get it done. You do not have to buy the make up just pay attention to how they apply it and what colors. Ask them to show you light make up and evening type make up.
Good luck and remember you are beautiful simply because you are a survivor!! I have been amazed at my own strength I have found as a woman, and by mothers strength as a woman and a survivor.
Here is what i have found about the wigs. If it isn't a lace wig it doesn't look good. I have been wearing wigs for..gosh...15 years now for my Hair Pulling disease. and 5 of my female relatives for alopecia. For the past 3 i have been wearing the lace wigs becuase they look natural. I know you said you didn't want one but with the right color and texture i am sure you will look natural. I go to www.hairbylondon.com to order my wigs.
Clothes always make a difference for me... Go out and buy your self a really sexy dress and fabulous jewery with shoes and bag of course. And then top it off with a knock your socks of wig. Take a few of your girlfriends with you and just have a blast!
Sounds to me like you don't need any help at all. You know exactly what you want, and that is what you are doing.
Don't forget ***you're never fully dressed with out a smile***
Good luck with your treatments.
to help your immune system drink Aloe Vera Juice. You can get organic Aloe Vera Juice in Wal-Marts drug store dept. where they have the laxatives. It will do wonders for you. Add it to grape juice to make it taste better. Add 4 0zs. every time you have a cold drink.
As far as looking girlie ..maybe a better quality wig with human hair would look better. Go to a store that sells quality wigs, or try a place called Alternatives, where they sell hair systems that look great! Good luck!
You hair will grow back even thicker,so that's a plus. Try scarves around your head, with those little add on wigs, like hair pieces.
And there are lots of funky little hats around, use them with big sunglasses (back in fashion)and drop earrings.
And go back to jeans. change your 'jeans' look with different types of tops. Go a bit eastern, Indian tops are great over jeans. You must have gone through a lot. You are very brave.
Eat lots and lots of fruit, nuts and veggies, and protein too to get your immune system up and running. Lots of water too. No junk food. Except on Sunday!
Just do it simple dont over do ur make up and plain jewellery is good why dont u buy a nice wig if u dont like the one u have or wear a head scarf (bandanna) till ur hair comes back nice jeans are ok and a top i dont think u should just go from one extrem to the next maybe just try little experiments to get in too what u think is girly and have fun with ur look dont just worry about it all the time :)
Well, first focus on being well and healthy. Dresses and skirt are lovely because they announce your feminity. Hats? I don't know maybe a soft velvet hat or something that will cover your head, a scarf? You could wear a silky scarf kind of like a bandana or wrap it around your head and tie it under your neck in the back. I would assume you lost weight, so try not to drown yourself in ruffles or too big clothes because that just accentuates your thinness. Try not to overdo it on the make-up, I know you are trying to reassert your girliness but sometimes too much is just too much. If your pale, that's ok, try to go au natural.. you might like it. Bring our your best color by wearing clothes that make you happy. Your eyes are your biggest assest because that is the only color on your face right now, your hair will grow back before you know it. Keep your chin up, your health and happiness come first. Lots of luck to you.
I would wear a fitted baseball cap that is pink or shows a girl type style in the warmer part of the year. In the colder part of the year I would possibly wear a beanie if not a hat. For eyebrows I cannot say Ive seen too many that have no hair, but the shaved and penciled ones never looked that great. I'd rather see hairless eybrows.
