Should I switch to natural pills or remain on Citalopram, even though Im losing my hair?

I started on Citalopram a little less than a year ago. I had GREAT results. I felt happier than I have in years, it made me able to let go of the small things and to not be so pessimistic. Well last week I noticed that my hair has gotten dramatically thinner and up near my hair line towards my bangs that you can see my scalp. This totally freaked me out.
