It is possible to grow some of the hair that you lost with certain medications but how much grows back is uncertain until you try it.

I would recommend a daily regimen of finasteride, 5% minoxidil, and 2% ketoconazole shampoo. It has been clinical proven in human studies to actually work but you should see a dermatologist first. You can find credible and reliable information about treatments that work at the links below. If the information is not listed on PubMed then don't trust it.Hi, i am 28 yrs, i have been proublem that i have lost my hair front and center, is it possible for repantatio?
sounds like male pattern baldness... many men lose hair bc the testosterone in their bodies release toxins on their scalps that end up clogging up hair follicles. the hairs that grow in are usually very fine/delicate/miniaturized hairs, if any grow at all. Some women also experience the same thing after menopause when their hormones get outta wack. The best product I have found is Nioxin, its basically just a really good shampoo that removes buildup %26amp; gives the hair that squeaky clean feel. There is also a scalp treatment applied after shampooing. If u try rogain or minoxidil then be prepared to use them for life, bc once stopped all new hair will go away %26amp; you'll be back to square one. If u don't want to use any products then shave ur head, bc comb overs don't hide anything!!
I really don't think there are any reliable, and realistic looking hair replacements out there. My advice is to keep your head shaved, or at least buzzed down very close to your scalp. No one will notice you are balding, and many men look very nice bald.
It all depends on why you lost your hair. Have you seen a doctor? If it's alopesia, it's questionable, but you never know. Go see a doctor.
