ThanksCan someone please help me im losing my hair at age 18 and i have excessive dandruff?
Anti dandruff shampoos make dandruff worse! They contain countless hair, scalp, face skin and even health harming harsh and toxic ingredients. Confirm with a Google search. Find ';Non harmful shampoos, etc'; with another search. Some will come up and be expensive or only available on-line so refine search by adding ';low cost'; %26amp; ';available in stores';. Shop for them at GNC, Trader Joes, Some Walmart Stores, Cost Plus, Wegmans, Earth Fare, natural %26amp; health foods stores.

This is a natural, safe, permanent cure that truly ends dandruff almost straight away and forces new growth. My hair completely regrew where I had a bald spot on crown and elsewhere. Massage scalp thoroughly with olive oil - then brush vigorously using a palm held brush with short natural boar bristles - soft bristled for fine straight hair and stiff bristled for thicker non straight hair- so you really feel it stimulating scalp. You can see them on Amazon. Best to brush 90 /100 strokes each day. Will heal scalp, stop flaking almost immediately and unplug blocked hair ducts that often result in hair loss - they are the painful small itching spots. It's best not to wash off and sleep with it that way. Use an old pillow case to protect pillow. Initially you might get some shedding but brushing makes hair stronger and better anchored and loss will quickly stop. Continue daily brushing

and see new growth starting. Do not be concerned if brushing uproots new growth as they will re-appear even stronger and will not be uprooted.. I have testimonials from happy users of this cure. One user on Answers has had extensive re-growth in just 6 months on crown and where receding at front. I can send it to you. See my many other answers on hair loss , flaking scalp and dandruff for more detailed information and some feed back from happy users.

Wish you the best.

Well, no, you have been losing your hair for a few years now. That is just the way it is for males. The process started a few years ago, and it usually doesn't show up until 20 or so, and gradually gets thinner and thinner. I've known some men to have totally smooth tops by 30. There is nothing much you can do about it now.

As for the dandruff, after all you have done to your hair and scalp by using all those harsh and destructive things, I'm surprised you have any hair and skin left! All you need is some plain simple shampoo, followed by a light vinegar rinse. Baby shampoo is NOT a gentle plain shampoo! Dandruff (if that is what you have) is simply excess skin cells trying to heal themselves from the damage you have done. Get your health back and the skin condition will clear itself.

You are not too young to lose your hair. This is the normal age at which it happens. Your doctor is correct.
Dandruff is a fungus. The dead skin cells are leftover meals from fungus mating and reproducting themselves your head. The fungs eats your scalp- gets married- and has children fungi over and over again. It is a colony that will not go away. You can go to the head and shoulders website and that will verify what I am saying. If you contact me goodnitedandruff at gmaildotcom I will mail you some milk/fruit/soy acid that fungus can not survive in. I will even pay the postage.
for the excessive dandruff

massage vinegar into your scalp

several times a week, before you shampoo.

i don't know what to do about the balding.

but try %26amp; not wash your hair often %26amp; maybe you need to change your diet.

look on google to find what foods can help make your hair thicker %26amp; healthier :)
Your doctor is obviously an imbecile, go to a different doctor, or a specialist who can help you with your problems.
buy some head wax honey so your ready to shine up that bald head of yours cuz that's all you can do by now
I'll still love you!
Keep in mind it's normal to lose 100-150 hairs per day

here's some things from a book that may or may not help..

For the hair loss: one of the things in there and I was just reading this, it says if you buff your fingernails with your fingernails it's supposed to stop hair loss and even encourage hair growth and help prevent graying! like rub your right hand fingernails across your left hand fingernails.. it says to do it 3 times a day, 5 minutes each time.. I should try that lol.

this seems like a lot of work, but it also talks about an asian remedy that involves sesame oil to stop excessive amounts of hair from falling out. it says to rub it in every night and cover with a cap or dish towel, then in the morning wash with an herbal shampoo. your final shampoo should be with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in 1 quart of warm water.

it has advice for dandruff too.. one thing is it says massage 4 tbsp of warm corn oil into your scalp. wrap a warm wet towel around your head and leave it there for a half hour. shampoo and rinse. repeat this treatment once a week.

also.. ';Squeeze the juice of one large lemon and apply half of it to your hair. mix the other half with 2 cups of water. was your hair with mild shampoo, then rinse with water.rinse again with lemon water mixture. Repeat these steps every other days until the dandruff disappears.';

I haven't tried these so I can't say for sure if this stuff works good! this is just what the book says.. so do what you will with this info, but I'd definitely try out the fingernail thing!
do you have curly hair, because i know guys with curly hair often lose thier hair early, but otherwise thier should be no reasons that you should be losing your hair... try head and shoulders for your dandruff
