have you been to the doctor?it could be alapecia. there are various ways to stimulate hair growth, RE MANE is a good make, a bit messy and you have to use it every night, but it seems to work. also, check out THE DIET DOCTOR, it could benefit you changing your diet. but first, i would see the docI m 19 and i m losing my hair i dnt knw wat to do i reali dnt want to gt bold ny help plz?
The truth is, God is punishing you for writing ';butt'; instead of ';but';. That is gross.

And I won't even get started abutt (sorry) your phrase ';i got hairbutt';. Shudder!
I know an old guy that started loosing his hair and he said that he used aloe vera shampoo to help him to not lose hair, he said that his his hair styler recommended it for him. You can check out the aloe-jojoba shampoo I'm taking about at forever-living.net I also use this shampoo because I started to loose my hair after I had my baby. My hair started to fall in chunks so I cut it but i didn't stop it so I started to used Aloe vera shampoo, plus I don't wash my hair every day. Aloe-jojoba shampoo worked for me and I hope it works for you too!
1. visit your GP, get a blood test done to see if theres any underlying cause

2. use a gentle shampoo

3. stop worrying about it. easier said then done, but the more u worry about it, the worse it will get. trust me i suffer from alopecia
First of all, if you are 19 years old, then you should know how to spell everything that you just wrote. There are atleast 18 words mispelled in that paragraph. You need to see a doctor about you hair... There's nothing you can do except for see a doctor!
um...most people can't even read this question...try revising.
It could be lack of vitamins in your diet, hair is after all just protein. It could also be due to dying and damage. My hair falls out in chunks 'cause I put it through hell and back [excessive dying, bleaching, backcombing, straightening etc.] Get a blood test and see if you're lacking in any vitamins.
Well get professional help n if that does not work...shave it all off..it is in style....also sometimes changing ur shampoo might help
